Check in here when you are able to download iOS 6 (OTA/iTunes)

I was able to download at 1:01 pm EST but I had to get rid of some things first to free up enough space. Both on a iPhone 4s and the New iPad.
 
Wow, it's been on "Preparing Update..." for 20 minutes now... looks like the progress bar is 95% or so...

I guess I'll keep waiting..

It's been downloading for 20 minutes and says it has 7 minutes left, but I am downloading it at a Starbucks :D
 
Great. Now I have a restore error in iTunes.

I have a JB 5.1.1 4S and I'm trying to restore it to official iOS before I upgrade to iOS6 and it giving me a Error [3194]...

What gives?
 
Downloading in Puerto Rico via itunes for my iPad 2, 5 hours remaining.

Downloaded for iPhone 4 and iPad 2. Between the downloaded and preparing for update took about 25 mins through wi-fi. Both are now installing. iPad is almost half way through. iPhone is about a quarter of the way through. Funny thing I started the iPhone about 5-10 mins before the iPad and the iPad is ahead in the install.
 
If I had to guess, the biggest parts of the update are Siri for the 4S/iPad3 people and Maps for everyone else.

If you have one or both of these, you'll probably have a bigger download.
 
It's been about 20 minutes for me...stuck on 12 minutes remaining....is there a way I can cancel and start over?

Finished downloading, been preparing update for a little while...the progress bar is about 99% full.

Smooth as silk... total time was 30 minutes to download, install, reboot, and get to using iOS6 on my 4s. Did it through iTunes.
 
iphone and ipad both OTA --
Started about 10 minutes ago, the ETA keeps changing -- Went from 30 minutes to 2 hours to 1 minute remaining, to 20 minutes remaining to 45 minutes to 5 minutes to 3 hours... (As I type, iphone says 3 minutes remaining and ipad says 45 minutes.. oh just flipped to 1 hour)

But the progress bar itself is inching along very slowly. Very very slowly.

So I wouldn't be shocked if it disconnects and fails at some point. Or takes 2+ hours.
Edit -- Right after posting, the phone estimate went from 3 minutes to 1 hour, and the ipad went from 1 hour to 37 minutes.
 
OK finally out of the Preparing Update stage.

Then install - it failed, but just try it again - Verifying, now installing. Cool!
