I'm really not interested. iPhone users have been fed the same product with tweaks here and there for years now, and if you ask me the iPhone is no where near deserving of being called an "elite phone" anymore. The iPhone (and its operating system iOS) line has gone stale and I for one wont upgrade my iPhone 4. What exactly are Apple doing to innovate or push through new technology in the iPhone? A 0.5" screen increase, probably a slightly faster processor, little more RAM maybe, and a very boring upgraded iOS 6 that I would consider iOS 5.5. The iPhone no longer offers unique selling points, Android phone are more than capable nowadays and surpass the iPhone in many ways.
They will still ship millions though.
I think you're buying too much into what the Google paid shills are plastering the boards with. In fact, you could make the exact same argument about Android being stagnant and just copying Apple (google now, folders, smooth UI - a little late with this wouldn't you say?). While Android phones are capable - I was using one until I got my 4S last year - the UX is nowhere near as good. Some say JB has caught up to iOS, but the Android fans have been saying that for several years now, and I bought into that hype.
Don't get me wrong; for constant tweakers, Android is great. But once you get past that, and you just want to use your device to do stuff, iOS is king. Here's a recent ZDNet article that illustrates my point very well... sometimes you just have to use both systems to know and appreciate how much better iOS is over Android. http://www.zdnet.com/confession-of-a-nexus-7-owner-ipad-mini-will-blow-it-away-7000002759/
