LOL I didn't know I ditched the iPhone after the 3G and was considering coming back for the new one. It got really annoying turning my phone completely off in meetings so it wouldn't vibrate.

I think thats been around since 1.0 lol

Is it safe to assume that we still can't have a custom sms ringtone and can't change the colors of the green/grey sms bubbles?

You can search in the messages app. thats pretty convenient when having like 7833784534593 text messages.

it works just like mail search.

I know a lot of people think this is stupid, but one of my most wanted features is the option to change the color of the SMS bubbles.

Sadly, I have a feeling we may not see this one until 5.0 is released.

Hilarious... I don't think i have heard/read anything quite stupid as this! Typical to not actually read up on the settings of the iPhone when looking for even the most obvious of features!

Pathetic... I don't think I've heard/read anything quite as smug as this! Typical to not actually subscribe to common etiquette when interacting with other people!

I think funrush was being sarcastic

Yes, I was being sarcastic.

But I do think this is Apple's way of thinking. It just adds more switches and options to the settings app. I think it's very not-Apple to let the user choose it's springboard background. It does not contribute to the usability of the device...

It's all Greek to me, lol!!

How can you afford iPhones in Greece anyway when the EU is about to spend hundreds of billions bailing out the economy?!!

:) Greeks pay more than anyone on their mobile carriers.

It's the Greek way of living... with the mobile phone attached to your hand!

Part 2, #2 and part 3, #10 were enabled in 3.0 (or at least after then, they work on my phone with 3.1.3).

Other than that, good info. A bunch of it was in the keynote though.
