Uh ? Hax what ? Tethering is an option on most 3G phones out of the box.
Not iPhones in the US of A where Ma Bell err I mean ATT still has not released it officially.

Just from a quick look it seems as the 13" MBP are an extra $100 off. Usually the low-end used version is $1099 instead of $999.
It could also be possible that it could have the i5-750 or 750S, which are quad-core chips.
Although, knowing Apple, it'll only be the i5-520 or 540 in the 13.3 and low-end 15.
Apple can't use the i5-520 or 540 in the MBP. Those are desktop chips and are incredibly hot (82W). The chips currently in the 13" MBP run at 25W.
I'll be very (understatement) disappointed if the 13" models came only with the i3's. And for that matter, the G 310M...
I'll take a Core i7 myself thank you very much![]()
im sorry, was that sarcasm? I'm not really seeing the deals..

He meant the i5-520M and i5-540M
Of course, knowing Apple, they'll find a way to make it just a i5-430M or lower![]()
Something with the Pro moniker wont have i3. 2.4Ghz i5 is the base for the MBPs.
That said, the 310M has the same graphics horsepower as the current 9400M (16 "CUDA cores"). The supposed "Optimus" GPUs have 40 cores, so 2.5x the 9400M.
Jobs will have Best Buy fire any employee at Park City UT that started work at 4.30 today![]()
An even bigger iPod Touch... with a lid?
"Dear Managers of Best Buy #1761,
I have been a bad boy. At 3:53pm on Feb 8th, I took pictures of our computer system and posted them to the internet. Kindly check the surveillance tapes and fire me.
Nope, mostly wishful thinking. Actually though, around an hour ago there was a 13 inch 2.26GHz macbook PRO for $849 and a 15 incher for $1149 that are now gone. There still are quite a bit more refurbs than I've seen lately... I could be imagining things, or...
i'm not normally like this but ..
OMG PLEAZE UPDATE TEH 13" MBP !!!
yuck. that felt weird.
anyway, my 12" PB 1.33 GHz is nearly 6 years old. It's been a trusty workhorse but battery #2 is shot, it's running on 10.4, and I'm ready to buy the next 13" MBP. Mmm, delicious unibody.
although, there's nothing really wrong with the 12" PB. it still works fine. I'd like to see a 6 year old Dell say the same.
JUST ****ING DO IT APPLE! I HAVE MONEY TO GIVE YOU!
*phew* I feel better.

and FYI, if your part of best buy "premier silver" program you have 45 days to return anything, with no restocking fee, but you have to spend quite a bit to get there
I have a 6 year old Toshiba with windows 98 and it works great. It even takes daily beating from my 2 year old playing all sort of computer games for babies not available to Macies.
that's cool!
but i was poking at Dell, not windows or other PCs. I think Toshiba, Sony, and certain IBMs are good machines. Dell, however, had some pretty bad years in terms of quality and reliability. They got by on name alone.
You're not imagining things. I just saw the $849 13" MBP also.
The one on there now seems to be just a MB, but I believe I saw a 13" MBP for $849. I just haven't seen prices like that before on outside of ebay. Somebody got lucky on that, well kind of... except every body and their baby mama's gonna being selling the old one's when the sweet arrandale freshness arrives.
