I was thinking the same thing! Maybe they are under new management, or had some other change at the company? The 4S case I bought from them was excellent - fit the phone flawlessly, nicely finished edges and corners, and an attractive transparency level that still let you see the Apple logo, for example, through the case. I also emailed them about something at the time and received a prompt, polite response.
Now it appears to be the opposite. The new cases do not fit well, are not well made, have cheap finishes (sharp edges, stress marks), and aren't transparent. The company is not responding to its customers, including me, even though I identified myself as a returning customer who has previously been happy with the brand.
I will definitely post pics of the eBay cases when I get them... It's going to be a while though... Free shipping from Hong Kong, not the fastest thing ever... Haha.
