LOL! Leave us alone. For me, it's just the anticipation of it all. I check the status page like I'm checking to see if I've won a lottery. It's insane. Well, I don't have anything better to do anyway. By the way, my 16gig BLK just got off backorder. If that means anything.
I think that everyone will agree with me that this thread, DF orders and this phone has made most of us an impatient nervous wreck, LOL
Hopefully it does because mine did as well. This is the first time my order has changed since Friday.

Same here, both of my orders have gone from phone and freight backordered to just freight backordered. Maybe this is AT&T's system catching up to today's activity.
don't get too excited, my 16 gig has as well, and I didn't order until Sunday around 2:00.
That being said, there have only been 21 total orders for my store and 3 of those have already shipped.

I was just checking my order status online and i ordered today around 11am. It went from being back ordered to now just in progress. i ordered a 8gb iphone.
i find this odd that it changed so quickly....?
i also live in south jersey and there seem to only be like 30+ people in front of me ordered from my store. Does that matter ??

Mine just flipped to not backordered.
It was doing that all day yesterday, but this is the first time today. Folks have speculated that they all do this at once. All the other orders I've looked at also flipped. Doesn't seem to mean anything useful, but always seems encouraging nonetheless... until of course they flip it back to backordered.

According to some info I pulled up for my store:
Ordered: 141
Shipped: 24
Backordered: 116
Seems those that have shipped were ordered on 7/11 ... bet most are 8GB and 16GB white ... no way to tell though.

i am a bit confused by this...
according to the thread here most AT+T stores have between 100-200 DF orders total.
according to the above, that store gets in 3 boxes of 15 phones each per day = 45 phones per day. 200 orders/45 phones per day = around 4-5 days to fulfill the existing orders.
where does "Starting today (07/15), all Direct Fulfillment iPhone orders will take 21 days to come in."???
or am i just missing something?
It just means freight as in the mode of delivery. Others feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
