The depression is at its lowest point.

I was in bed all day yesterday.

Never wore my Apple Watch.

I turned it off earlier, and put it in the drawer.

I’m just not interested in anything, at the moment.

How about you?

Hey. Sometimes I take my watch off on low days. I have BPD and so I can go thought multiple huge swings in mood within the space of 24 hours and sometimes the electronic reminders are just too damn much. I do like using it to track my mood, though. Helps me get some insight over what caused the rough parts of my day.

Mental health stuff is really hard to guard against on your own. I saw you mention you don't have anyone to connect with right now, and I hope that changes. It's taken me years to get myself regulated to the point where this stuff doesn't just ruin days on days for me. There's a lot of different meds for stuff like this because everyone's brain chemistry is a little different, I take an old tricyclic medication for moods and anxiety management but it took me years (and a lot of suffering) to find it. If you can find the right one, it might help a lot. I'm glad you stopped taking the one that was making changes you didn't like, but hopefully something better is out there for you.

Obviously you don't know me from Adam, but if you want to chat, you can message me. I hope you're managing to keep safe while you come down from your old meds. I'm glad you reached out on here, having people and having community always starts somewhere, even if it's a forum full of Mac nerds. Lots of us have been there are get it.

Take good care, friend.

That’s empowering advice, dear. Our original poster (OP) understands the issue from his EUPD like you did and does take medication. He did express his concerns about medication use, particularly the impact of sleep tracking, which he discussed in a separate thread.

I specifically advised him that regardless of whether he stops his medications, he should contact his general practitioner (GP) and express his feelings about it. The GP can then write a different prescription for a medication that may be more effective. He has the disorders listed in this thread: https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...tracking-help-me-merged.2449244/post-33768374

Hey everyone, I’ve been visiting the nursery quite frequently lately, especially on weekends, since spring has arrived and it’s the perfect time to admire the blooming plants.

I’ve been experimenting with macro photography on my 15 Pro camera, and it’s incredibly rewarding to capture these delicate flowers up close. I’ve also been posting about my photography in the photo of the day threads. The same applies to Portrait Lighting and doing it with various effects.

OP can try out photo walks, and if he wants to check out how to try it out on his iPhone 16 PM and needs a little tutorial on it Apple Store has today at Apple sessions on various photography on iPhones.

Here’s a cheerful photo to brighten up your day, mate:

It’s cherry blossom season in Japan. In my areait’s starting, but it won’t be official until later on in the month. I love this time of the year. It makes me believe there’s hope for the future. A new beginning.

lovin' it. I saw blossoms in my favorite nursery offering these peach and cherry trees. I always come back to it as they are very pretty to see it and I love photographing them. The peach ones are the brightest pinks I ever seen.

Hope you're feeling a little better today, internet friend. I suffer from depression as well and some days/weeks/months are a real bitch. It's tried to take me out a couple times, but I'm still here bitch! And so are you. So that's exciting :)
Thank you, brother.

Hope you’re doing well.

Did you use the app WatchSmith? I used it to also try out cool battery complications!

I understand that you all, the netizens who have left many positive comments for our beloved Apple Watch wearer, may be wondering if we have bad days too. I do, but I’m still here, and I experience ups and downs just like everyone else.

More nice photos 🔥!!!! Beautiful violets popping up. I love seeing them in the nursery.

I used the apps I Am, and Motivation.

You have to pay to use the iPhone apps, but not the Apple Watch complications.

👍 I’m installing the I am app now.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Yesterday was great. I tried an after-hours community tutoring programme on zoom from a different uni in a different part of the state. My school’s STEM programme recommended it. I met a great guy who helped me with my physics homework. These virtual programming and uni groups helped me make more connections.

What support groups did you join, Tom?

On the close-up photo, my iPhone says it's an Iris. With the wider shot, it says it's Hyacinth. 🤪

It rained from last night to early this morning, and the park feels more alive. There's a lot more vibrant brown spots popping up, if you know what I mean? Like all the flower and leaf buds are growing bigger, but they are still brown, so there's more brown on the ground and in the trees, whereas during the winter everything was more grey and black.

Used visual intelligence? Well, if that’s the case, you should update your iPhone 15 Pro Max to the latest beta. We finally got it!

Now, you’ll need to use visual intelligence like the iPhone 16e would, but it’ll complete all the Apple intelligence features that are most important. In our 15 pros.

What's the difference between visual intelligence and the object identification feature that's been in the Photo app for a few years now?

Y’all one use of visual intelligence is to save the date of events by taking pictures of paper flyers and it automatically helps you create an event on your calendar for it.

Also ChatGPT all the questions on my homework 📄 by taking pics of it, plant identification, and also looking up business cards and invoices. 🧾

but the photo app has been doing plant identification for several years now.
