Just curious, if you're getting by on a 200mb plan now wouldn't you want to stay on it instead of paying $15 more a month for unlimited?
Cuts down a regular sim into a micro sim I believe.
that sucks, no I didn't make a call from the nokia phone never took it out of the box. I didn't even make a call on my iphone for that matter I just responded to the text messages I was getting form other people and when I remembered I didn't make a call that is when I got the text messages from att back to back. Oh and by the way I had the 200mb data on my Iphone before I switched to the unlimited data for non smartphones. Hope it works out for you too, I had to try more than once myself

It exactly cuts down a regular SIM (from another phone) so you can put it in an iPhone. Don't quite understand what you need to know.
It is okay. I still have no luck even with correction of wrong number.
Well, I decided to take advantage of this.
We can have this $30 unlimited plan as long as they allow or don't recognize our iphone. What we have right now is for wap. I used benm's method to get connected.
It is better than iphone's unlimited data plan since it has unlimited text. At least it has same speed. Only downside is no visual voicemail and maybe no MMS? I'm not sure, but I can live without this.
Now I remember that rep said I need to choose correct iphone data plan otherwise visual voicemail and email wouldn't work when I add $30 nonsmartphone data plan. I think he realized I do this trick on purpose not for unlimited iphone data plan.
Anyway, if they don't send txt and change the plan to iphone's, then I will make a full use of this $30 unlimited txt+data plan, even choose cheaper plan like $15 unlimited web since I don't txt alot.
Anyone see any problem here?
you actually have data? my phone will not connect to anything over the att network. All I have it text and voice

I thought I could start over by setting IMEI number without changing $30 unlimited non smart phone data plan. But maybe this is wrong.
thanks man, it does work, cool. I am with you on the cheaper plan if att does not realize. Also, MMS does work for me. It is just the visual voicemail.
arrrggg too bad, I don't see this option probably because I'm on dumbphone's IMEI

It's completely different, because the music is not illegal loophole. People can change their phones when they want if they do not change your smart phone, and decide not to, then switch back to the iPhone, and it happens to get unlimited data? No biggie.
that has nothing to do with anything... i used my dumbphone to make some calls after having switched to the $30 unlmtd data/txt for non-smartphones... wanted to get a few calls logged in, just so they had record of me using the dumbphone (in case they harassed me later)... popped sim out and into my iP4... 30min later, had the iphone unlimited data...
