Yes because a company who continues to postpone shipment, fails to respond to customers questions, and hasn't produced anything more than a questionable set of images would never lie to you.
Now they are not shipping until the end of July? This bad joke gets better every time I check this thread. It is amazing to read how those that have sent this company money hang on to the glimmer of hope they will see their order shipped "someday". Best of luck to those of you that are believers...
These things better be damn near perfect for all the waiting and suspense... hopefully they truly have produced at least one and its not just a dream they had. Why postpone the shipment 3+ weeks just because you're buying more machines? I mean they SHOULD have had some machines to begin with, which SHOULD have been producing them?
Someone needs to get some actual pictures of a case made by them and not just a stupid photoshoped rendering.

Okay. I have some info. Take this for what it is. I tried to call Element Case today at about 3:00 P.M. They picked up and I actually talked to a person. The fellow on the phone was very helpful and re-assuring. It seems that they have been overwhelmed with thousands of orders and indeed they are re-tooling for higher capacity production. The person I spoke to said that my order would likely ship out next week. My order # is 28XX. Also, they responded today to an e-mail that I had sent them late last week shortly after my phone conversation. It is my feeling that they are indeed a legitimate company but have just been caught completely off guard by the number of orders they have received.
I don't think anybody has sent money. You can pre-order without sending money...saves your spot in line until they actually start shipping product.
I'll bet everyone that pre-ordered so far will get a case from Element before ANYONE receives one from Vaja!
That's not true. To place the order you need to pay via pay pal.

Getting really old too, people who payed should receive them I think if you placed a preorder you got an email asking for payment. If you never got that I think you never really placed the order.
So ausvid I think you'll be waiting forEVER until you pay them first.

Ordered july 03 Order # 34**
Hey all. The next time someone calls and gets through please ask the following questions.
1. Have any iphone 4 vapor cases been shipped to any customers?
If no, why does the site still say shipping July 12th?
2. Have you sent any cases to mobile phone sites for review?
3. can you please post some actual pics of your cases on your site. ( maybe being held by a large breasted blonde woman )
4. can you please send me my frigging case so I can stop reading these posts and get my life back..... amen

You could initially do this but once they setup their shop you had to purchase to officially preorder it.
Huh? You had to initially sign up on the pre-order list, then when you ordered from the shop page you had to use the same e-mail address or name as the preorder list... and your order is shipped out according to your place in line on the preorder list.
You don't bypass anything by just ordering, you still have to wait until your spot on the preorder list comes up (or I suppose until all preorders have shipped, which will be months it seems).
They are all renderings, dummy.
And even if that one picture isn't (it is though), it would be totally moronic to say it's the best case ever, without ever having touched it, much less used it extensively.
wait, because the company said its not a rendering? is this the same company that said the 1st batch will be shipped out on the 12th? because its a company ( 2 guys working out of their home) they just can't possibly be lying to a bunch of people desperately wanting to believe every speil right?
