Uuhhmmmm considering people have order numbers ranging from 0389 to 4000 would make one think they have 4000+ preorders.
4500 * $80 =$360000.00, not that far off 500k. Plus one would assume they have more than 4500 pre orders.
So they not only have more than half as to so wisely noted, but they probably have much more. I know it's hard to determine an count when you can't use your fingers and toes....
i can do the math buddy, thanks. Yes, they have 4000+ preorders. But not all 4000+ of those people have actually paid the company yet. Slim pickins that more than 1000 have actually paid up as of now. I know some idiots on this forum will pay for a product that they havent even seen real pictures of yet, but not everyone is that stupid. And why would one assume they have more than 4500 pre orders? Do you work for the company? Or are you just trying to sound like you know more than anyone else?
Summary: a preorder does not equate to an actual order. if you dont know what a preorder is i know that wikipedia has a good explanation of it....
I got an email confirming that "We have secured your place in line." That's good enough for me. No way in hell I'm sending money to this place until I see some product reviews of the real thing.

I dunno but i think they are legit. They said shipping starting July 12 but also said to allow two to three weeks for delivery, which would put everyone into the first week of august. When I called them they said hopefully last week in July -- but that was before they halted production to build more capacity. They have made other products in the past to good reviews.
Vaja does the same thing. They post renders of their products, collect money up front, and then deliver a minimum of two months later. You can't call them at all, and good luck getting a response to your email. But at the end of the day the products are good and people swear by the company -- when they're not swearing AT it!
I think the time to really start wondering here is if nothing ships out by the end of the month. Amex will take good care of me, in that case!

If you don't have an order number you haven't reordered anything. Some people originally signed up via email to be "notified" when you could pre-order and pay, which means they are two separate things hence I believe if you got a order number you paid. Hence my correct math about the amount that fly by night errrr vapor has collected for the case without producing any tangible product.
Never asked for money. I think some folks on here just sent it anyway.
BTW... Vaja cases are for girls.

yeah I was never asked for my money either. I signed up for the preorder on July 5th and I was sent a confirmation email later that day that stated they would contact me for payment once they started shipping.
I don't mean to be obtuse, but I got an email saying thank you for your interest etc., July inventory is sold out, this email confirms your place in line, provided you click the order button below and use the coupon code "JulyPreorder." You have 48 hours to respond.
Then, when you click on it, you get an order page asking for payment.
If you didn't pay and really want this case I think you should give them a call.

Okay I just called their sales #, and finally got a hold of somebody.
Talked to some dude, sounded pretty exhausted lol. Our conversation went like this:
Me: Hey, hows it going. I placed an order July 1 and I just want to know will my order be among the first to ship out?
Him: Umm...whats your order #?
Me: 26xx
Him: Oh yea, definitely, you'rs will be among the first to go.
Me: Oh awesome awesome. Have you guys began shipping out ANY cases yet?
Him: um, Yea! We have already began shipping them out.
Me: Ok good good, awesome, So could you give me an idea when my order should be shipping out?
Him: 26xx? should be end of this week, or beginning of next week.
Me: Ok awesome awesome, well sir i do appreciate it.
Him: no problem.
Good Customer service given the fact that they are swamped right now. I wanted to ask if they are shipping ANY out, because no one can find pictures in human hands anywhere! but someone out there has this thing lol. But yea if your order # begins around 26, you should be ok! like me!
Can't wait.

Don't hold your breath. Don't you think if any cases had really been shipped out someone on this forum would have reported it or posted pics? Dream on...
No, I'm saying I will believe it when I see it. I hope what you have stated is true and those that have paid for their cases get what they ordered. It should not have taken this long to get a real case in someones hands, even if it was someone to just post a review of the case before shipping to the general public. They are the ones that missed a posted ship date. Even a prototype reviewed by an outsider would have helped....
What evidence do we have they aren't. Again people are taking the word of a company who hasn't posted any actual pics, delayed shipping dates, and takes 3 weeks to respond to emails.
