I've only deal with one scam company. They were great at getting the phone and returning calls. They responded to emails in no time. They even sent out fake shipping notices with tracking numbers. The tracking numbers didn't work but it gave them more time to collect money . They hired a team of people so you always spoke to someone different giving the illusion that they were a legit outfit. By the end everyone on the forum thought something was fishy and got the media and the police involved before they were able to skip town. We were ordering phones that cost 850 bucks each so the concern was even more intense than here. I got a full refund from visa so at the end it just cost me a lot of stress and time.
The point is that the level of communication that Element is putting out there
is less that ideal,but it doesn't mean they aren't the real deal. Most likely they are bogged down trying to get cases made.
