I don't even care about this thing but my VP at work (who owns a Porsche Panamera Turbo) is pissed that he hasn't gotten his yet and he said he was one of the first to pre-order or whatever. He's pissed about $100 (or whatever he spent) yet he probably makes $300k a year. Funny. He said told me he emailed them 2 times and no response. I feel for you guys.
even if he made a jillion dollars a year, he's pissed because this is the hottest case not on the market right now, and he can't get his hands on it!

the owner sounds just as clueless as we are...he's probably in tahiti with our loot sitting on the beach with his iphone 4 in a platinum and diamond encrusted vapor case
I would be very happy if the case did come in today but without any confirmation emails on shipping well.....

Some people would have got them already if they were shipped last week... They are located in California.
They would be really stupid to send these out w/out tracking numbers. That's just asking for trouble from scammers.
man u should have taken a screen shot. because news that good is definitely going to be met with skepticism, at least from me.
i want to believe its true, but without shipping notification, im not too sure.
If they are shipping from anywhere in the US then someone would have one already... people ordered them from all over the United States so it should only be 1-2 days at most for delivery to at least somebody.

I did not order the case, but I live near Belmont. If you want, I can go egg their headquarters and harasss the owner by squirting him with my super soaker.
No shipping email, no case delivery. Simple as that. My bet is that well start getting them late next week or maybe even later, since I will then be away on vacation!

That may work if he were there, but maybe he and his employees are off to some tropical island sipping Mai Tai's and enjoying the fruits from all the pre orders. Or maybe they are off scouting for a new production facility.
I did finally get an email response from them but I feel like they aren't being totally forthcoming about sending out the case. If the just said that they are overwhelmed and it will still be a couple days or weeks I would feel the communication was better. Here is what response I received:
