Totally agree. I've seen no order numbers less that 2000 anywhere on the web so you have to be group 1. I can't understand why they are sticking to this we have already shipped stuff. I can take and forgive that they are very busy and are way behind but not being honest about what has been shipped isn't cool.

That's because group 1 with order numbers prior to 2xxx was shipped to mars. Hopefully the second group is scheduled for planet earth.

Let's see how many here that love to post about your displeasure with this company, actually have the stones to cancel your order :rolleyes:

I'm betting that no one is willing to back up what your posting in this thread by canceling. Which makes you look like, what??

Here's an idea. Do you have any business questioning others in this thread? Does it make you feel good/cool/big to call people out and/or talk about "stones"?

My Card Was Charged July 5th!

Just got my credit card bill and found a the charge from Elementcases
posted on July 5th. (I placed order on the 1st). Pretty sure we are getting
to the Fraud point VERY soon.
I tried to call them to see why I am being charged for something they haven't shipped almost 4 Weeks ago.....no answer!

Anyone else see the charges showing up?
How long before we need to report the fraudulent charges??

Um I placed an order on July 4th through Paypal and was charged the next day through my connected bank account.
 
If this goes down badly Webster will be adding the verb "vapored" or "elemented" to their dictionary.

Eg. I paid for my xxxxxx last month, but I get the feeling I getting "vapored" (or "elemented")

Word on the street is Element is working with 3D Realms on a joint product launch. Duke Nukem Forever and the Vapor iPhone 4 case will be available on the same day sometime in the near future.

Element Case is a total failure, they should have just said they were having production problems or simply couldn't produce the case... did they really think telling people that "Batch 1 shipped, you're in Batch 2 and should be getting it next week" would buy them much time? Its been more than a week since the supposed Batch 1 shipped out, and not a single person has got one yet -- regardless of shipping method SOMEBODY (everybody) would have it by now, guaranteed.
 
Anybody with me on cancelling our orders through Paypal right now? Let's all join in together lol.

Apparently it did buy them time, no one is cancelling.

The case giveaway "hasn't impacted our volume of sales," Lindsey said. "If anything, it has increased our appeal as a premium contender in the iPhone accessory market."

"The Apple Bumper is a weak competitor, and the other free cases Apple is offering are all simple rubber or plastic designs," Lindsey said."

It bought them a few weeks at most, pretty soon everyone will call their bluff and cancel at once. Their Facebook page is already flooded with people asking about the preorders, but of course no response from them at all.

They should have at the very least taken a preorder list and then waited until they were produced successfully to charge people... Even some people that would have waited it out are going to have to cancel simply due to credit card rules and regulations on chargebacks / disputes.

Volume of sales :confused: I would think they would have to have an actual exchange of products in order to have a sale. Right now they are just taking peoples money and giving them lies and misinformation :(

I just checked their Facebook page and it has 3 posts from this week, your right the flood waters are pouring in.....
