Last week we discovered some manufacturing issues with earlier cases that were shipped. We have stopped shipping Vapor cases to remedy the situation but are shipping again.
If you have received one of these early units (prior to this week), you will be receiving an email from us explaining the details.
Before this issue came up, we told you that we hoped to be caught up with all back orders by end of this week. Unfortunately, we are further behind and some orders will not go out until next week. We will be working all weekend to make sure we get as many out on Monday and Tuesday as humanly possible.

Didn't it say in the CEO's interview or whatever that his former job was industrial design for helmets or something related? I can't find that link from earlier right now, but maybe that is the connection and he hooked a friend up with the vapor? (which would def still suck for all who ordered)

Just received this as well. I've been neutral up until this point, but I'm honestly starting to wonder if they aren't lying about things. Each update has a different excuse. They mention in this email "...If you have received one of these early units...", but it seems that there are actually none of these units in the wild. I know when Element first started making their "Liquid" cases for the 3G/3GS's, that a few review sites were the first to get them. You'd think that they'd do the same this time to help get a positive word out about them. Things just are starting to be shady. Why can't they just come out and say that they weren't prepared for the amount of orders that they received, and are just overwhelmed with production? I wonder if they had even prototyped the case when they released the renders? It's almost like they released the renders before they even had manufacturing/milling down.
I got a half-chub when I saw a vapor email...then I opened it and I was flaccid as a windsock with no wind...but damn those cases look sooooooo good...ughhh...why must they tease us???
