You are obviously not interested in this case, so why do you keep visiting this thread and making pointless posts? please, go look some other threads, there are so many of them here!
At this point I would only trust pictures of the case in hand, on the phone. But at this point I'm kinda over it already, sadly enough.

Not true. If this case is for real and it lives up to all the hype, I may want one. The photo is what brought me here in the first place. I'm just not willing to buy into something blind from a picture and a company collecting money without shipping any current product. On top of that, the company appears to have been less than straight forward in regard to shipping dates. Lets see what happens next.
My patience is just about expended. If by Wednesday of next week, people here don't start receiving e-mails from Element case notifying them of shipping, I will definitely cancel my order and I think everyone here should do the same.
Next Monday will be 3 weeks since cases were supposed to ship (I firmly believe Element case has shipped ZERO orders so far).
Having patience is one thing but letting a company charge you $80 (or $100 in my case) to ignore you and send you vague e-mails with nothing but excuses is unforgivable regardless of how good their product is.
I think everyone here should e-mail and call Element Case and demand free shipping of their orders (that is if you haven't canceled your order).

I think it's healthier to question things and speak up about concerns you may have then bend over and take in silence.
I also see no problem in demanding perfection in products that I choose to spend my hard earned money on. I research as exhaustively as possible before buying, and this thread has been invaluable since there IS NO PRODUCT upon which to research. Some people have spent money some time ago with nothing to show, so you can't fault them for being a little negative.
I just sent this e-mail to Element Case:
"Dear Element Case.
I have called and e-mailed you previously and I want to thank you for speaking with me. However, I am very close to canceling my order. Your company's delays in shipping your Vapor4 are somewhat understandable but your excuses are beginning to wear thin. If your order is scheduled to go out tomorrow, but blk/red won't be available until the end of the week, then your order will go out the following week (or at best, friday).* If your order is scheduled to go out next week, then there shouldn't be a delay if we got the reds in.

Oh i totally agree with you. I research products exhaustively as well and try to get the best product for the best dollar period. This case is an example. Id like one to and thats why I check this thread every couple of days or so but some of the whining comments have been ridiculous. Comments such as people needing moral support in waiting for the case and such. Ive been waiting patiently such as others too but just not commenting endlessly. Its been entertaining though seeing you guys bicker about it though. And like i said, it leads to better products hopefully
