99% of that stuff was there on July 1st, trust me I read it multiple times before the case even made the news sites. There are a couple nee lines but those were posted a couple weeks ago, but I have seen multiple post where people think have been added "today" or whatnot.

There just feeding lines to everyone to keep em on the hook. A week to ship and arrive for some the live in the same city that there in? Lol

From many pictures I've seen they are at both ends. Even the picture we're looking at. It shows screws at the power button end and the plugin end.
 
I've been told they'll start shipping on thursday to the reviewers and the FIRST costumers are to get a notice on thursday when units will begin to ship daily.
You will be notified about colors and features as they move through costumer orders...

Yay for more waiting :p. Didn't they say they'll start shipping/making black/red cases next week?

I thought I would chime in, yes the case exists, I am one of the lucky ones to get it delivered last week. It looks great, however there is one problem as mentioned in the element email. The issue is the place where you tighten te screws on the top and bottom get very tight and will scratch the phone, but it isn't very effective in tightening the middle section between the two ends, so it is not completely flush against the phone.

Before you go screaming and hollering I will be happy to post pics tomorrow, I am on the road tonight.

You realize you'll also need to submit a DNA swab with the photos so we can verify your bona fides? ... :D

I know this is too much to ask and I might get flamed for asking but with 71 pages and over 1700 posts the only people claiming to recieve a case have been newbs. One only produced 1 pitcure and the other had issues up the yahoo. How about a tracking# to prove that a case was shipped to you and your not an employee or a friend of element?

Ps. I would still love to see real pictures:D

Yikes I won't even try to put this on my phone if there is a risk of scratching it!

The specificity of your post makes me believe you are legit. Welcome to macrumors! We look forward to your pics as soon as you are able to post them.
