I thought I would chime in, yes the case exists, I am one of the lucky ones to get it delivered last week. It looks great, however there is one problem as mentioned in the element email. The issue is the place where you tighten te screws on the top and bottom get very tight and will scratch the phone, but it isn't very effective in tightening the middle section between the two ends, so it is not completely flush against the phone.

Before you go screaming and hollering I will be happy to post pics tomorrow, I am on the road tonight.

Careful kingsfan, if you didn't join this forum long ago and have a million posts to your name...you apparently have zero credibility and are an assumed liar until you provide pictures from every angle, judging by some of the posts in this thread.

No need for multiple angles just one in hand.
 
there are screws on one end, not on both. it can only be mounted one way.


Please....enlighten us some more on your magical concept.

Another week passes and no case, anyone surprised? I wonder what excuses they will think up next week. According to them they shipped a bunch of cases out this week, going to work all weekend to fulfill all the orders and have everything shipped out by early next week... Yet still no cases have been received.

Hes the CEO / Founder/ Owner of the "company" -- and the one who charged and collected everyones money before he was able to successfully produce and ship out a single case... I think he deserves the moaning. He collected probably around $400,000 if they actually did 5000ish preorders... he can't expect everyone to just sit around for a few months while he figures out how to make a case correctly.
 
I blame the super duper invisible shock absorbent on the inside of the case. If you look closely, you can see it in that photo. Just like how you can see Russia from Alaska!

FYI I did not order a case but still love the look of them. We will see, cause if this company is bogus that is plain freakin wrong!!! I really hope everyone who ordered cases get them soon

Ok, Got my brand new unlocked Iphone 4 From the apple store yesterday. Just need to install my new kick ass vapor case..............now where did i put that case......................oh crap I must have drempt it all.
Ok element, send me my case now please I need to protect my investment $$$$.

Update...

Well it took me all of one day to decide to post this. It's an email thread from the owner Jeff. Being that's its an email please read from the bottom up.

And yes... He is reading this topic...

Some are going out Monday and then through out the week. Not sure where yours is.
We've made some nice changes to make the case lighter and feel better in the hand.
They will be arriving on Tuesday or Wednesday from the platers.
One of the problems we have is that none of our suppliers works on weekends. I guess once
we're up and running we won't either.*

Interesting e-mail....even more interesting username.
 
Maybe people would not be so hostile if a single real picture of this case existed? That might at least ease the minds of the people who have purchased your product (y'know, those pesky customers?).

I understand the need for a new business to get it's name out there through some big name blog and keeping them happy, but not at the expense of customers happiness.
