I didn't register for a pre-order till today. I opted for black/yellow (looks green), I'm betting it'll be a month at least. LOL

Dude, You ordered red/black. They aren't shipping those yet. That being said i still hope you get yours really soon.
Got my shipping notice today-no tracking #. I ordered and paid on July 1 and was order #26XX. Funny thing I got my Apple bumper ship Joyce today too.
But they've already stated that those colors would be quite a bit later than the one's they would have ready initially. Plus, if you'd ever actually worked with aluminum/CNC/anodizing (my father ran a CNC shop for ViaSat for 25 years), they would be a lot faster in producing a few colors initially than trying to have all those colors anodized.
Well that depends on a multitude of things, first being how many machines they have. They did say that only the black/black and black/pink ones would be shipping first tho. I wouldn't expect that to change.
How is it a "fail"? They specifically stated that it would be the case upfront...one of the few things they've been upfront about.
But they also stated pink would be available before red. And you still ordered. Red may be a more popular color, but they stated their intentions upfront, with no indication that they would change that. Why is it a "fail" if they stick to their original plan? The same one you agreed with when you ordered.
They shouldn't have even allowed you to pick those color options in the 1st place then. Their online system was seriously horrible.
Oh lord...they spelled it out in black and white that the other color options would be available later than the black/black and black/pink. You still ordered a color that they specifically said would be available after initial shipments of the first two colors. If you thought that "might" change, then in this case, it seems like the "fail" lies with you.
