They can make an offer to buy it from Elon for $1 if he'd sell. But since there are no stockholders or anything, its up to him to sell, and him only.So no one can make an offer to buy Twitter for $44 Billion dollars or more anymore?

While we both agree that the Taliban should not be on Twitter, you still are not understanding the guidelines. Apple's guidelines are that platforms on the App Store need to have a form of moderation. You're comparing Apples to Oranges. Again, I'm just explaining the guidelines, not saying what I think is morally right or wrong here.Dude, the Taliban is on Twitter so spare me the guidelines.
The result of a failed autocomplete. What is a leafing customer?
Not asking for an instant fix but the constant negativity and trolling from Twitter needs to be stopped. It's madly annoying. All this attention on Twitter will die soon anyways. People will get tired of it.Why?
That lumps TC in with the others who want to control instead of allow.
Twitter is going to take some work - no instant fix like many seem to believe.
When you let corps control your speech, you have none.
Tencent holdings (owns Epic Games) is worth 331 billion, Elno is worth 191.2 billion.Elon has a lot of money, unlike Epic games to fight them.
Musk has zero money.Apple wants to promote its far leftist, pro gay agenda and doesn't like when someone calls them out on it. Previously, they enjoyed being promoted by liberal twitter engineers. If Apple isn't careful, they are going to end up in a major anti-tust, anti-competitive lawsuit if they block twitter. Elon has a lot of money, unlike Epic games to fight them.
Apple's stock dropped after Elon tweeted about this. This shows investors are not keen on Apple's actions.
You like free speech as long as you can dictate what speech is free.Apple likes free speech as long as it's their version of free speech.
Why do you think private companies are required to host someone else hate speech? If Apple and Google did that it would be a massive mistake. They would have no real reason to do it except that they disagree with Musk's decisions. You can't start a practice of banning apps just because you don't like the creator. I'm not a fan of Musk but would very much disagree with Apple and Google if they did that.
Read which comments? Can you please be more specific? It would also help if you are specific regarding "Left who is freaking out that they cannot control what is said".It does not have to be Left or Right explicitly. All one has to do is read the comments. It is the Left who is freaking out that they cannot control what is said.
Twitter spend two years "banning for life" people who vulgarly criticized Biden, but people who vulgarly criticized Trump had no repercussion, with or without Blue Checks. Twitter also "banned for life" people who posted COVID info that ended up being proven true months/years later. Twitter interfered with election information regularly with explicitly partisan reasons and biases. Twitter showed they cannot be trusted to be a gatekeeper. People cheering for it are the ones who are wrong, as they have lost the difference between partisanship and principle.
The problem is that it does, BUT it does NOT mean you don't have to suffer repercussions of doing so. Thats the issue. People think they can saw whatever they want and NOT have it come back to bite them in the ass. Thats not how it works. This is why Musk bought Twitter, so he can constantly be in the news. I am tired of Musk. "Free speech" does not mean free to spread lies and misinformation and hate.
Why is it incumbent on Elon to explain Apple's position? Why does Apple cower without telling him explicitly? Elon is the accused, presumably for violating AppStore TOS in regards to hate speech, right? Why can't Apple make the accusation, if it's so clear? Guilty until proven innocent? This is just a weird thing for the owner & CEO of the company to say about their product:
Either he seriously just doesn't understand why? Like, he's just not knowledgable about all of this?
Yeah, haha, that's it. People are really worried that Apple isn't buying ad space on a tiny social media space. Wake up, dude. Twitter is not at all significant compared to the other players in the space.Apple's stock dropped after Elon tweeted about this. This shows investors are not keen on Apple's actions.

You seem to forget the golden rule freedom of speech doesn't mean being free of consequences. Also, only the government is not allowed to restrict your speech, private individuals and companies can restrict speech all they want when you're on their property.Apple is under no requirement to advertise on Twitter.
If you are against free speech, why not just move to China & live where no one has the right to free speech where "misinformation" decisions are always made for you & original or different thoughts are best not uttered allowed unless you want to find yourself unable to enter your government controlled apartment?
I LOVE Twitter today over Twitter before Musk took it over. I can say "There are only 2 genders!" on Twitter today without fear of having my account deleted. I can talk about the deadly, imo, vaccines without worrying my account will be gone in a moment. Today I can disagree openly with mainstream media narratives without loosing my Twitter account.
I wish Elon Musk luck & hope he ENDS censorship on all social media platforms through his excellent work protecting & promoting free speech on Twitter.
I never imagined a company who used to proclaim, "Think Different!" would become anti-Free speech & pro-censorship as Apple appears to be today. Sad.
This is all business between Apple & Elon. When a Developer has an App Submission rejected or even gets their account banned, there's email correspondence from Apple letting said person know/understand why, even if it's in Apple's vague 'business speak'. It's in Elon's better interest to ignore that part of it and bang the "Hey! Screw Apple!" drum loudly, getting the lemmings to follow along. Can't wait to see how the Facebook phone- er, Twitter phone works out...Why is it incumbent on Elon to explain Apple's position? Why does Apple cower without telling him explicitly?
