It’s getting hard not to believe they’re using the Solo Loops as a moment to start from square one and repeat colors with new names. Which is fine. A soft, stretchy, light silicone band is a wholly new concept.
We will have to see IRL comparison of Pink Citrus to know for sure.
Are they very comfortable? I ordered the Inverness Green! I cannot wait for it to come in, says 9/29-10/13.
So I got the braided loop in size 10 and the solo loop in size 10 but the braided definitely feels a little looser.

I would say it’s really comfortable. Probably my new favorite style of band.
Replying to this as it’s the first one I added to multi-quote when I started the overnight post catch-up. I’ve been hanging out for a dark green, but this could be slightly too dark - which would be about right with the green tease that has been going on since we got Pine.
That’s good to hear. I also was worried the other Grey was very close.
I remember thinking I am scarily close to the last hole when I got my first Hermes also, and I have worn it so little when I got my last two it happened again. I really seem to have the memory of a goldfish with alzheimers.

This is my fear; recycling Sport Band colours under new names. Canary was the yellow to have if you only have one yellow IMO, so if anyone doesn’t have a yellow then Ginger would be a good one to grab.
If I was ever to buy a loop, this would be the one I’d spring for.
I have a SS milanese loop I can try out later.
It's definitely MUCH different. Imagine the Space Grey iPhone 11 Pro SS frame in color but with a more premium feel/look since it is DLC

Feels gross to me.. cheap and rubber band like. Sport bands all day for this guy. (I checked them out at my Apple Store) Braided version is so much nicer but not sure if worth the $100..

I wasn't sure what size braided I wore. So I ordered charcoal in a size 7, blue in a size 8, pink in size 9 and green is a size 10. I got all except for the green, which I should get on Monday. I'm not a huge fan of the charcoal color. Too blah. All the others are too big. So now I have to return all of them and reorder the pink, green and blue in a size 7. Maybe I will just throw them up on mercari or something. I hate returning things!!!! Especially now that you have to make an appointment to do anything at the apple store. Even worse I have to wait 2 more months for the correct sizes.
Seriously, stop. If not for me then for my MasterCard...

OK, that has just moved to the top of my want list ahead of Purple Pulse!
I like what apple did with the subtle pattern on these loops. There's a cool stripe that pops when you rotate your wrist.
Decided I would miss Nike faces too much but I just don’t like any of the new Nike bands. Think I will sell my purple pulse that it came with. Here it is with Indigo. It looks almost navy to me.
It would take Apple until the end of October to ship me the combo. But a reseller would let me pick it up on Monday...

Diver, Cosmos, Midnight Blue, Horizon, Alaskan, UV, Navy across top, Hyper Grape, Pulse Purple, whatever this beige one is called.
The solo loop is much more supple and noticeably lighter than a sport band. It feels amazing on the wrist but is an absolute pain to get on/off. (Ordered the exact size their little chart suggested, maybe sizing up would help.)
Not sure if Diver leather is any different than Midnight. If it is, it can't be by much.
Navy sport is every so slightly more vibrant than Midnight.

Oh also, I tried on a 4 (my wrist is 14.5 cm), and it was slightly big, but it is the smallest size they sell for 44mm. It will be fine and comfy, but I won’t want it for working out (probably wouldn’t have anyway).

same here, I got the Atlantic blue size 9 and it’s too loose, I cancelled the orders of the green and charcoal schedule for next week delivery.. reordered all in size 8.. the solo loop size 9 was ok, not the braided
That’s what I was afraid of too. Nothing like cheap feeling rubber on your wrist all day long.
