Hi. Does anyone doy have a comparison between the new Deep Navy sport band and the Midnight Blue and Blue Horizon. Thank you very much.

You didn’t specify which Midnight, so here it is with both.

Thank you very much!!!
I think I’m going to need the blue horizon. I’ve had several opportunities to buy it, but I sometimes feel is too similar to others I have.

Do you have , or anyone have a comparison of the Blue Horizon with the Delf Blue? Thank you very much again.

This is todays look. Pine Green Sport Band with Evergreen color watch face
They match perfectly!

Horizon is a really awesome blue that someone on here suggested I buy and I like it a lot. That doesn’t translate to wearing it a lot however. Delft was the opposite; I really wanted it, and had a false start or two getting it, and while it’s a nice enough blue I don’t like it as much as I thought I would.

(...) This community has been one of the few bright spots for me in what has otherwise been a very dispiriting year. I may have to put up with people like that seller out in the rest of the world. I’m not doing it in this thread. (...)

(...) I will say, the lack of a Graphite LB and having already invested in a SBLB have made it much easier for me to decide to stick with my SBSS S5 for at least another year.

Very well said, across the board -- and yes, I feel the same re: this thread, so I appreciate you & others trying to safeguard it! As for SBSS, I've been going over it in my head ever since the launch and I still can't shake how deeply upsetting the loss of the SBSS (non-H) is for me, personally. I've had every gen of SBSS except S5. It's my favourite by a long shot, so I guess I'm sticking with it until a good+local S5 option comes up in the future. It'd be a waste to get the S6 SBSS H, since I went and bought the Noir Swift on its own back when it looked like it might be getting phased out earlier this year.

PS To my eyes, no combo looks even CLOSE to as good as SBSS + SBSSLB -- from day 1 through today.

Agreed! I had switched to the SBSS earlier this year when I picked up a S5 for a good price. I had owned silver SS for S2 and S4 and had always wanted to try the SBSS. Since then, I have picked up the SBLB and the SB Milanese, thinking I would use SB for a few generations and keep the bands. Now I’m left with either sticking with the S5 or paying extra for the Hermès or the SBTi. It is definitely disappointing to have lost out on an ”affordable” black SS option though.

Thanks again for the pic. I totally agree that the Blue Horizon is beautiful. I think I had both I would preferred the Horizon over the Delf.
But to be honest I find them both similar, like with the same matiz, at least in this pic, Just that the Horizon is more saturated. I think I’ll just keep with delf by now again, haha
It’s funny that in some pics I feel I need it. And in others I find it not too different to what I have .

what I really want is a Light Orange color, a Mustard color, a true Purple, and a Garden Green color in sport bands. Hopefully next season.🙌🏻🙌🏻

Question for anyone who owns a 4th gen classic buckle band: is the buckle attached to the band with a traditional spring bar? I know the 1st-3rd gen buckles were glued on. But, it looks like the 4th gen might use a more traditional design that has a spring bar running through the leather to attach the buckle. I have been wondering if it would be possible to remove the 4th gen buckle and replace it instead with a black buckle that matches my watch. I know it is possible to replace the silver lugs with black lugs. But the 4th gen band seems like it might be possible to replace the buckle too.

Hard to say. I think it probably has a spring bar inside, but it’s pretty tight to get into it:

Yeah I am wondering if I could use the forked end of a spring bar tool to pop the spring bar loose and remove the clasp like in this video at the 2:02 mark. If you don’t mind, could you also measure the width of the band where the clasp attaches? Trying to figure out if it is 20mm or 22mm wide there.

Is this the california poppy direct from Apple or is it a third party? I'm still waiting for mine which only comes Oct 21...

It looks much lighter than the official photos which looks orange - Maybe because you took it in direct sunlight?

Yes it’s the official Apple.. I would post pictures next to Meyer Lemon... that’s the date for my black one.. this one came earlier that anticipated

The sun pic is much appreciated. Has it feeling like the perfect hot yellow Apple has basically never done in any format. Hoping this trickle turns into a wave. Mine says Oct 12!

I happened to have my Vernier sitting right next to me - it's 20mm wide.
