Today’s look
Apple’s original merchandizing for the series 6.
Which flag is this do you know?

Interesting. I was pitched the name Light Magnet / Photon for this particular band, I think. But then, any formal name for these bands is pure conjecture, because they do not exist.
Yeah that’s the name I gave it when I was still unsure. Photon Dust is ruled out. It’s still light magnet gray, but Apple probably would’ve marketed it as just Magnet Gray.

I almost wish they were heavier for wearing with a stainless case, but I imagine they split the difference with making it the perfect athletic feel for an aluminum watch and not being too light for stainless. Need to try it on my un-paired Nike...
In my case I tried a tight size, one size down from my “supposed” size and it worked well even with the stainless weight.

Is there any way to find out the MPN or the actual color of a sport band based on the internal Apple part number? There are two bands in transit to me and I only know their part numbers. Looking at the pictures I am pretty sure one of them is Vitamin C but I am curious what the other one I am getting is?

I will be able to provide better quality photo when I am getting them. I am sure someone will be able to help identifying the colors. I am just wondering if it would be possible by having the P/Ns.

I've wondered about the part numbers myself, as a number of plain sealed 'mystery boxes' with just P/Ns have turned up on eBay from time to time.

The top one is certainly bright enough to be Vit C, which would make the bottom one either Nectarine or Clementine, given the post-Series 4 box width (too different from the Vit C to be Papaya)

Picked up Baltic Blue today. I think it’ll work well with SSS as well but for now here it is with the Graphite. For reference Blue Cobalt appears as a pretty good match on the watch face (although it looks very different in the photos).

Looks good. My Baltic is out for delivery today, I believe. I look forward to checking it out in person.

So I’ve had my pollen sport band for a few months now but have only reached for it a handful of times. Maybe it’s because all my other sports bands are so bright, but I’m kind of feeling bleh about the paler pollen.

Anyone else fall out of love with it? It didn’t blow me away when I got it but I wanted something yellow.

Red woven solo is very close to the original red sport loop. It is a more premium looking weave/material but the lugs are still too small (if that bothers you).

You know, I really didn’t like the braids when they came out but this red one is starting to change my mind. After I visit an Apple store in person to determine my size, I’ll be sure to watch over eBay for one to come up cheap.

lol exactly the same thing happened to me. I loved it at first and then it just felt too watered down. I got OG yellow and it hits the spot perfectly.
