How would you rank

sport band, solo loop, sport loop, and woven nylon 1 being best 4 being worst
Setting aside the multicolor wonder of Nike, just going on feel for the goo-based sport bands:

1. Solo Loop
2. Sport Loop
3. Sport Band
4. Woven Nylon

I wore a sport band for yoga the other night for the first time in weeks and it felt like a kid had dried their art class pottery project around my wrist

Okay maybe im a bit bias because my experience with solo loops lasted all of 10 seconds at the Apple Store, but I still don't think they're for me. I'm waiting for one to sell for like $20 on eBay once all the size hoarding calms down and above retail listings aren't selling anymore and people realize they're not worth over retail.

Today’s fall ‘17 band, Blue Cobalt. I’ve always loved this one... although I’ve always kinda wondered why Blue Cobalt instead of Cobalt Blue, y’know?

I sold my precious series 2 gold aluminum and bought a space gray nike series 5 ...
(got a great deal for a s5)

I have to get used to space gray, but I don't like the new gold aluminum color, too pink in my opinion.
And since I actually always wore my black band, or my black Milanese .. I thought this was the best choice.

I sold the nike strap that came with the watch and bought a new black one. Unfortunately this is a bit less deep black than my old band. That is a pity
But my old band that I have worn for almost 3 years has had its best days. Probably it is somewhat damaged by perfume. See picture.

I also made my best purchase of bands: I got the black leather link strap! Wow, I think the appearance is fanastic! I love the look and feel, even for girls ;-)

Chargerstore on eBay but he only had a few it seems. But he’s just this month started really listing prototypes heavy, so just keep your eyes peeled and visit his store every hour like I do!

Pink Citrus Solo Loop:
[My word, color calibrating the sun shot was hard (and sweaty)]

Such an intriguing colour... your top photo gives it a beautiful, hibiscus-ish pink colour... but many other pictures I have seen make it look quite boring, almost identical to the original pink. So which is the truth I wonder or are there multiple versions of the truth 🙄...
Any chance of a catwalk between original pink and pink citrus?

It really changes based on the conditions as you see above and when I photograph it with the pink sport band, they actually converge on the screen much more than in real life. At least for the silicone I can safely say it is its own color and really pops.

Trust the pic I posted where it’s on the white watch, outdoor shade, but not too much shade. It’s a bit like the Vitamin C shot I took today, where showing it in the sun doesn’t give it a chance to show its own internal light as much.

In the dark pic, see how the color holds up while the Pink goes all shady? I think the silicone also plays a factor here.

Pink v. Pink Citrus

Intel 2 v 1 Apple Silicone

Username still stands!
I’m the other way. I picked up my second M1 Mac today and my 16” MBP is getting sold on. Never really gelled with it somehow, and it’s always had issues where it loses charge even when plugged in if it’s using the performance GPU, thrashes it’s fan way more than it should and to cap it all benchmarks consistently about 10% below the average for the model.

I still have 3 Intel minis, but at least one of them can go also, probably two. More because I don’t need four minis than a desire to get rid like I do with the 16” MBP.

Wow... Ceramic really looks like it‘s in its own different world of Apple Watch in terms of appearance compared to the other materials. Is the actual body thicker or something?

If it ever comes back in a future Apple Watch, I’m seriously considering saving up for one - just, wow. And also looks like the pure glossy white is easy to match with almost anything you want

Ah, I have a 16" MBP - I'm glued to it 8 hours a day for work. I have to say, I love it. Was a refurb i9 with 32GB, so I'm wondering if the refurb process ironed out all the kinks. I rely on Parallels for MS Visio etc, so will have to stick to Intel for a while.

The Mini has blown me away - replaced a 2015 5k iMac and absolutely toasts it performance-wise. Just need to get a 4k monitor for it now, for enhanced browsing of watch bands.

My wife's MBA will probably get switched for an M1 model in the new year. It's the future.

If you want the look without the cost, the S3 Ceramics are quite good value, and still supported by the latest WatchOS. Some sacrifice of features, but I liked my White S3 so much I picked up the Grey Ceramic S3 too.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I really love my Series 6 Titanium. If Ceramic is an option for Series 8 (or 7 if its truly going to be an iPhone-X style revolutionary changes), then I’ll consider it. But for me, I truly couldn’t go back to anything without an AOD anymore. Even my older Series 4 SS which I’ve retained for now but might eventually sell off, I just find it hard to use with the screen going blank a couple of seconds after raising my wrist. After getting used to my Series 6, it really rubbed in how big of an upgrade AOD really is in bringing the Apple Watch closer to a traditional watch in that you can look at your wrist precisely whenever you want to see the time, something that in theory the S4 didn’t do, and I appreciate this a lot. Especially for things like brushing your teeth or even when you‘re typing and need to check some complications on the wrist, AOD is there and tells you all you need to know without raising the wrist.

Fingers crossed for Series 7, who knows at this stage what they’ll bring out. I do want to see Ceramic come back. What I think would be nice was if, either if they had done this with Series 6 this year or just with next years Watch, they bring out a new shade of Titanium. Like maybe something between the Natural and SB? Anyways hey, much much too soon to speculate, but if Series 6 is any indicator with all the new colours they brought out this year, who knows!

What about a Series 2? I know is not supported anymore but I just want the look for special occasions, how much would be ok to pay for a series 2 ceramic? I saw one listed for about USD $272.
