Looks wise, I would really prefer to wear silicone solo loops because of the sleekness and beautiful colors, but sadly I get a rash from sport bands so I suspect silicone solo loops would do the same. And I don’t want to spend a lot on a braided solo. I’m just happy I’ve found a few sport loop colors that’ll get me by for now. 🙂
I’m the same— I like my couple of silicone loops, but they are just so sweaty. When I moved in the middle of July I got a horrible heat rash and had to skip wearing my watch for a week to let it heal. I like sport loops and braided solos best. I do wear sport bands, but not when working out.

Thank you! That's really helpful. I'll only really be using it when running or maybe around my place when I want that infinite adjustment. I tend to like the sport loop on others but feel like it looks weird on my own wrist!
I wear either a sport loop (yay, absorbent, no sweat) or a Nike loop (all the holes also make it more adjustable and less sweaty than a sport band/solo loop) when I run.

I think there were some very nice colors this year. Of course, I would have a few others on my Apple wish list as well. But let's be honest, why produce something that hardly anyone buys? What kind of bands do you see on the street? Or with the used watches and bands, regardless of the platform. There were a few more unusual colors for the Nike straps, for example. I'm sure they were just as seldom sold as the gaudy green / blue / yellow etc. back then. So I think it's a shame that Apple is not so “brave” to bring such colors, but economically it is completely understandable. When I talk to someone “normal” about bands, it usually comes back to “what can you combine that with”. And that's what Apple is aiming for 🤷🏼‍♂️

athousandbands seeking your professional input between Blue Orbit/Gamma Blue vs Chlorine Blue/Green Glow Nike Sport Bands. Do you have a preference between the two and do you feel they’re pretty similar to own for a non completionist? Anyone else who is familiar with those two bands with some feedback on them would be appreciated as well!

Chlorine makes BOGB much less relevant as a band to hunt down. Just based on my gut feeling every time I open my Nike drawers and see them next to each other. But I’m also partial to glow as a general facet of any band.

But also maybe the contrast of the green versus two blues might be off-putting for some people. I’ve gotten too used to making whole outfits of it of that combo and also it being the first Nike to really mix colors like that.

God I love Golden Brown in all its pumpkin goodness.

It’s a shame that Leather Links look slightly cheaper in photos, the way they reflect light. I’m not saying you have to like the pills, but they deserve to be seen irl.

I just wish the magnets were stronger, otherwise I like the LLinks.
I do particularly like the fact that there is no visible metal on the bands. When wearing the leather loops with a SBSS or BTi the silver metal of the loop always bothered me….. OCD is a bitch.
