Out of curiosity, since I don't have a very long term memory: is this the first time that Apple skips the Winter bands release?

Hermes Orange (kumquat is really close to the Hermes orange face!)

Have you ever lost (and found) a band?? I swear to God it's been months since I had lost it, I've been looking for it everywhere, I thought I had sold it without remembering. Then today I found it under an old couch. I'm as happy as the day I receveid it. It's the same happiness you feel when you wear a new band for the first time!
Running with Nike Black/Lime Blast today. Boy, I've missed you!

Hopefully the colors pop true here, my first time editing the photo layer in Pixelmator Pro which doesn’t ruin the blues in a RAW image like Apple Photos just editing on my phone.

So I‘m really noticing just how much color the forum uploader cuts out. I added some saturation back three minutes after posting. Pixelmator Pro is awesome, just the right amount of complexity.

Hi everyone! I've been offline for a while for a ton of reasons, and now I'm back... with a new buddy! Recently I had a good opportunity to treat myself to a Hermès AW, I'd been wanting one for a while now, so this time I didn't hesitate much longer.

So now I'm the proud owner of a Hermès S6 SS 44mm, still under limited warranty for a year, with a barely-used Noir deployment buckle and an unused still-in-its-box Orange SB. It is in mint condition, like new, no visible scratches and a beautiful display. Battery at 95%, could have been a bit better for my taste but for the price I got it I really can't complain. :)

Here it is with the original Noir deployment buckle it came with

... and a second-hand Saddle Brown CB (2nd gen) I recently purchased (admittedly a good yoink)

... and finally a combo I really like, Rose/Bordeaux with the dark cherry leather link.

It's a bit of a dream come true. 😍

I really like the saddle brown CB. Wish it was available with gold hardware, as I just upgraded to gold SS.

I feel your pain…. I had the exact sentiment the years I had SBSS and SBTi…. 😔
Even the silver portion of the leather loops drove me nuts…. 😖

Every since I receveid my first Solo Loop, about 10 days ago, I'm having an hard time switchin back to Sport Bands. Solo Loops are just so darn comfy! And also very sleek. I have a tiny wrist (size 2, maybe even size 1) that the loose part of the sport band was very long to tuck in, and the overall look with a double tour of the silicone on the inside of my wrist is kind of "bulky" and uncomofortable, compared to the solo loop.
So I've reached the decision that I want to add a more neutral color to my tiny collection of solo loops (Northe Blue SL and Atlantic Blue BSL), a color that can easily blend in with a more formal outfit (I usually wear black, white, red, dark blue and dark green) for the holidays.
Dilemma is: Starlight Solo Loop or Charcoal Braided Solo Loop? Can you guys show me some pictures, please?
And also: I have a 40 mm Silver SS Series 5, would the 41 mm solo loop fit just as the 40 mm one?
Thanks guys!

All 38mm/40mm/41mm bands and watches are compatible. I would go for the charcoal loop before they become really hard to find.

Seems like the Starlight solo loop will be around for 3-5 years.

And they might not drop another dark neutral braided solo loop in spring if they’re confident with Abyss Blue and doing a small drop of bright colors like Spring 2021.

Charcoal is a lighter black with a beautiful blue-ish energy, but not actual blue like 2021 midnight.

Starlight is like a lighter stone, yummy putty:

I don’t have pics with the watch, but the starlight, IMO, looks great with stainless, and it’s such a good, neutral color.

I’m with you on the comfort of the solo loops. They feel amazing on. I’ve never liked the extra bulk of the sport bands, and my wrists aren’t nearly as tiny as yours (I wear a 5 solo loop).

Something else to consider…. The starlight loop is readily available now to quench your thirst! The charcoal braided could prove substantially tougher to acquire, especially in the size you are looking for…

Some of the previously removed bands are back on the Apple Store but in very limited quantities. For instance, you get yourself a black or tomales blue sport loop but only for the 44mm version. Or the 40mm only capri blue sport band. Really odd that they doing this (i.e. returning previously removed bands with limited options).

Also weird that instead of showing the other size as "unavailable" or "sold out," they're marketing the bands as one size only.
