Repeat two to five times, exercising judgment as to the ideal number.
Next, find the nearest heavy blunt object. Bang self about shoulders and face with this repeatedly, until done. Some people have asked if it's OK to scream things like, "I waaaaaanted a new Maaaaaacbook" while completing this part of the course. Yes, it's OK.
Finally, climb to the highest point attainable in the somewhat dizzy state in which (if having faithfully followed these instructions) you'll find yourself. Close eyes. Jump. Once should be enough. But feel free to improvise.
