How do you sell on Amazon?

Very easy, you just list it on their marketplace. Its way less stressful as ebay and with less scammers. They charge less than ebay but it's still a pretty expensive listing amount to my liking.
I sold 3-4 iphones on swappa recently the $10 flat fee and ease of sale and experience has been great. I'd be sticking with that from now on.

Not to stray off topic here but those speeds leave me in the dust, check this out. I just ran this test. I know 16% battery.

How do we know if this is network/tower congestion or if someone is actually being throttled? "Throttled" download speeds used to peak around .50 Mbps down. Screenshot shows a download of over 1 Mbps. I wonder if AT&T changed the speeds that we are throttled down to?.... Or if this is just network congestion on a particular tower?

I'm on the UDP, but confused if they kept me on it. Ordered a 64Gb and Selected the 2 year plan. My confirmation doesn't show the Data amount, and it says Remove: iPhone Message 200. It also said after checkout that it would add my devices and convert to a Mobile Shared plan.

I did trial runs and there was never any option to select anything, except the 2 year plan which I did. The only option for text messages was for Internstional texting.

Anyone run into this too? The order went through right away. With a $45 upgrade fee. But no monthly payment listed. Thanks!

Perhaps you were on congested towers during peak times?

No they just send that out any time you pass 5gb

Their behavior for unlimited data is equivalent to the 5gb plan on T-Mobile if T-Mobile disabled the following features:

No data rollover (high speed lte bytes)
No tethering
No wifi calling (I have yet to see it)

Think about that. A little 5gb plan on T-Mobile.

You better call them they took you off unlimited, once it's off its literally impossible to get back on because theyou have No way to add it ,its not an option in their system

I lost mine and got it back, but they removed it accidentally they will fix it

Are any of you tempted by the Apple Next plan that includes the Apple Care Plus? Would this be a deal worth considering? Can you keep your grandfathered data plan this way and just pay at&t month to month? Does that work that way?
I ordered a new iPhone 6S + through Apple Store and still have my Unlimited Data. Also used upgrade from ATT Next.

After you ordered did your monthly att bill change any in comparison to your last 2 year contract.

I'm curious to know because to me this new way of doing things will be costing way more vs just paying 199/299/399 2 year contract.

Its just bad tower connection/congestion.
That's not getting throttled.

Actually... they now send out a warning at 3.5GB now saying "speeds may be reduced at times and in areas with network congestion". Just a scare tactic to get people to use wifi. I don't even turn on wifi anymore... and haven't seen any slow down.

It's not Applejuiced speeds.. but I can deal with it.:)

I totally agree with this comment. I think they are just telling people that so they will be more aware and cautious of how much data they are using. In reality, no one is being throttled. Heck, if you are on a "congested" tower, your speeds will be reduced by default anyway due to the number of people connected to the tower. Really no reason for AT&T to throttle your speeds.... A congested tower will reduce your speeds by default.

I purchased a Silver 6s+ at full price. Both Apple & AT&T have assured me that my unlimited data plan will continue in force.

I don't see why the Apple upgrade plan would be any different.

I am on an old plan and during checkout I specified to maintain my UDP. No issues at all.

Hi all. I've been reading several articles and looking at the Apple site, the Apple Store app, and the AT&T site. I also called Apple and AT&T tonight - but I have no clear answer to this question:

How can I buy a 6S, pay full price, and keep my unlimited data plan? I am eligible for an upgrade.

I don't think I can do it through Apple, as on the Apple Store app I am forced to choose a "Next" plan and F that. I don't think I can do it through AT&T, because I presume my only option will be to purchase a subsidized phone WITH a 2-year contract and I'm not interested in the 2-year contract anymore.

Is anyone else in this situation? Can anyone provide me with some insight?

Here is what I did:
Bought Tmobile unlock iPhone 6s and used ATT contract to purchase for $399. Will sell the locked ATT iPhone 6s on craigslist.

The issue is ATT iPhone has an extra band and will have better LTE reception in congestion area.
If you do not like the Tmobile idea... you will have to wait until the official unlock version roll out.

This is the way I understand the buying restrictions:

Mobile Share = buy from anywhere
Unlimited Data + Next = buy from anywhere
Unlimited Data + 2-yr contract with $450 subsidy = buy only from AT&T.com

I ordered from AT&T.com to keep unlimited data and renew my 2-yr contract because a rep at an AT&T corporate store told me the in-store POS doesn't even have the option for the 2-yr contract so there's no way to complete the transaction.
I doubt I'll get the delivery on 9/25 but I'll be patient (hopefully it'll be better than waiting for the Apple Watch delivery).

I ordered though my cousin who is an at&t rep and kept my unlimited data and got another 2-year contract. I don't mind contracts because I know I'm not switching carriers any time soon and will be fine without an upgrade until the 7S. Maybe 8.

When you were all were ordering through ATT were you able to select an Applecare plan? I didn't see it so I'm just curious.

To add to the conversation I successfully kept my unlimited with the ATT app.

and t-mobile has a bad network, just promises
This is t-mo network without US roaming, wher you have only 50 (yes, fifty) Mb per month

P.S. I have bth t-mo and att and in the cities they are equal, but outside t-mo is still loosing a lot

There is no extra $15 or $20 fee to use an upgrade if you are on the unlimited plan. Don't listen to posters here they don't always know what they are talking about. Same with the AT&T representatives. But there is no extra fee. If you'd rather pay the extra fee to Apple and not have a contract that's certainly your choice. Will help you if you'd like to switch carriers later.

Maybe I am reading it wrong, but It sounded to me like I was going to lose the discount if I upgraded to another 2 year contract. This quote is from AT&T.

"Savings is for service only and is an estimate. Devices sold separately. Excludes taxes, fees, features, and other monthly charges. This discounted pricing is available as long as you keep your phone. If you upgrade to a 2-year wireless contract, you will lose the Mobile Share Value discount of $15/mo. or $25/mo. To receive the discount, upgrade with AT&T NextSM, pay full price for a new smartphone, or bring your own smartphone".

Are you on an unlimited plan? If so then the "Mobile Share Value discount" does not apply to you. My message was specifically related to the unlimited plan, so if you are on another plan there may be a change in price depending on whether you have a phone on contract or not.
