In this case I'd rather take an option of mail exchange. They don't want to swap in the store, they spend on shippment. I don't want to waste my time, that's why I bought apple care. Will try store next week, no hour wait repair for me. Or they can pay me my hour overtime rate rateThey will replace the screen if possible. They will also check for water damage. If there's any water damage they will charge you $299 for a refurb. At least this is what was explained to me.
