In this case I'd rather take an option of mail exchange. They don't want to swap in the store, they spend on shippment. I don't want to waste my time, that's why I bought apple care. Will try store next week, no hour wait repair for me. Or they can pay me my hour overtime rate rate 🙂))) I can also wait if they bring back home offshore money and pay taxes. 🙂 Expecting a conversation with a store manager already 🙂))They will replace the screen if possible. They will also check for water damage. If there's any water damage they will charge you $299 for a refurb. At least this is what was explained to me.
