Galaxy Note 3

I have previously used a Note I and never really touched the S-Pen but I actually really like it on the Note 3. Through a combination of GMD SPen Control and Sidebar, I no longer need to use my fingers for anything. It's quite nice, actually. I have the ability to do a million things just by pressing the button on my S-Pen and drawing a simple gesture I created.
Is anyone having Wifi issues with their N3? At random intervals mine will drop the Wifi for literally a second and disconnect. It plays havoc with downloads and web surfing which will instantly give up when the wifi drops. I get no service in my room so the Data Network can't take over when it drops.
Guys, this is currently on sale. I'd buy this Case+Screen protector for about $4 now now NOW!

Exactly especially as its amoled and therefore could have saved a little bit of power.
With this case, the problem is the magnetic flap closure closes on the credit card side. For me, I make sure that any magnets connect to the back of the phone, away from any cards.

On my Galaxy Note 1, with 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, it is fully functional. Unfortunately, I won't be getting my GN3 until the 11th. I see no reason why it wouldn't work similarly.

A few more photos with the SGN3, taken this afternoon. It was extremely bright and bloody hot today. The photos of the artsy type objects were taken in an area outdoors but covered with a canopy.

it's basically impossible for me to get the Galaxy Note 3 just for full price on T-Mobile without signing up for a Simple Choice plan.
I can't order it online, I can't get it in store. They told me to look at Best Buy and Walmart and neither of them have it.
I don't know what to do.

same here. on my 30 bucks a month prepaid tmo plan. you'll have to find a tmo store or try negri.
i tried out the note 3 at bestbuy yesterday. it's really nice. the display kills all. there was a rep there that let you test the pocket-ability of the phone. it barely fit into my jeans. not too unwieldily. very light. i just did not like touchwiz. too much junk. i don't think i'd root cause i don't want to void a warranty on a 700 dollar device.
ultimately, for prepaid users, i think the best choices are google play editions, nexus, or iphones unlocked. those are the only phones that receive a decent about of updates, and you can just pop in yr sim and yr done.
i ordered a s4 ge. hopefully the nexus 5 will be announced before the end of october to see if i want to keep it. snapdragon 800 vs. 600 or crap battery vs removable. there is still no perfect phone

i'm on the same plan. i'm thinking about just ordering the phone for full price with a simple choice plan (i have to pay for the first month), then canceling the plan and go back to using my prepaid sim card with the new phone. hopefully it will all work out but i feel like i'm going to get caught somewhere.
T mobile pulled this garbage when they got the iPhone 5 they wouldn't let prepaid customers buy full price.

A lot of guys on xda have ordered from these guys. Some already recieved their phones. As far as I know there is no contractual obligation.

Man the battery life on this is way better then my note 2. I was stuck waiting for my gf to shop all day yesterday. Was playing around with it for around 4 hours, streaming music, and playing games. I still had 45% left when I got home. Even with moderate use my note 2 would be almost flat every day when I got home.
I don't know how I used to get drug along shopping before smartphones. I was parked in the bar with all the other husbands and was perfectly happy lol.
Oh and to people saying that the note 3 is garbage at night. This photo was taken in a almost pitch black karaoke bar.

I literally can't thank you enough for this. Not only will be I be able to get the phone now, I'll be saving money and won't have to deal with the crap I was originally going to have to deal with to get it.

Yup, it sure is. You can even keep the my magazine feature from touch wiz when using Nova. Highly recommend it.

No it's not. The magnetic clasp adheres to the back of the phone not on the credit card side.
Yeah, the $60+ price tag for the Samsung cases is too high. Recently, I have seen knockoffs that may or may not work. If you can wait, within a month or so, some pretty nice cases at decent prices will become available.
The Game 161, until you can get your preferred case, it looks like it's okay. However, it looks like one of my original note wallet cases and it was a pain to remove the phone.
