Oh I mean in comparison of previous days, today it's going down faster but not bad that I will consider something is draining the battery, I think at the moment is because of reception not the best.
so yes it's 3g usage
I am thinking of upgrading from my S4, which gets middle of the road battery life, like 4h On Screen time. I am looking for something that gets 6h On Screen time minimum. I am thinking either the Note 3 or One M8. I want better battery life #1, and a good screen for outdoor use #2, and just an overall speedier / faster phone. Which phone gives better battery life ? A rooted and ROM'd new One M8 ? Or a ROM'd Note 3 ?
But I am disappointed with the U.S. carriers + Samsung for being Nazis and locking this Note 3 down so tight, that sucks to see. I have my S4 rooted, with all the good tweaks that come with rooting, like removing all the garbage bloatware, and apps like AdAway, Greenify, etc... And Wanam Xposed.

P.S. I played with an S5 at the store, and really liked the revised looking Touchwiz, looks much much better flat now, and the Phone and Contacts apps seemed way faster, and just different in a good way, compared to my S4. Would love to see the Note 3 with the S5 .apk's.

And this is all I've been using since getting the Note 3. No real big need for swype when there's plenty of real estate.

Screen time is very good though.

Mine for example from 100% from 7am going to bed mine is
2 hours, 43 mins screen time
16 hours, 10 minutes total
46% left
It's weird as the Android system isn't that high and that's what normally would point to be an issue with battery life. Screen time though is impressive
Hmm that's quite a lot from 48%, btw I notice that this "com.android.systemui" comes and go from my process lok
I normally lose Just 8-9% overnight but I lost 21% last night. I do get Alot of notifications though but still it is too much.
Some reason mediaserver has taken 26% of my battery so far today.
The kitkat thing takes too much for my liking
Thats for real, I really would like KitKat on my Note 3 right about now. It is starting to get ridiculous.
Yeah looks fine to me. You should get over 1 day total and over 4 hours screen time. Always good to me
Not sure what happened to my battery yesterday.
Just woke up and in total I lost 30% during the night again.

Be careful what you wish for!!! Kitkat loses root, and no one has any ETA at all. Even Kingo doesn't sound very hopeful at all. Boy, Samsung is turning into Apple real fast these days.
The HTC One Max (yeah, the one that no one bought) has even gotten the update already........
Hmm guys I got the smart view cover and honestly it's a big pile of crap Imo lol very uncomfortable, worst purchase of the year so far
The whole thing was awkward to use, and I'm a bit ocd lol the damm cover will not close completely after using the phone for a while, always had to put it upside down to get it to close.
Note taking was awesome though but other than that I don't know... Maybe it give it another try on weekend.
