And this actually good. Looking healthy is one thing, but going out of your way to get a tan is not. Some people are so careful about what they eat, they work out and maintain a good physique, then go and tan themselves like a handmade leather bag maker tans a bag (good analogy, eh!)
Don't be afraid of the sun, wear a hat on the golf course or tennis court, put some sunblock on your arms at the beach, and just enjoy yourself.
When it comes to sunburn the old 'no pain, no gain' slogan just doesn't apply.
If you want to kill any kinds of cells in your body, drink more alcohol and kill the brain cells that want you to go tanning...
