Probably not reliable in the long run (1-2+ years)
iPhone batteries have usually taken a performance hit in 2 years with normal charging.

I feel like I just watched an Apple video.
Each day about 40 people line up at the local Apple store wanting an iPhone 6 or 6+ and it's been a month since launch, and tens of millions have already been sold ... I'd be surprised if 4 people are in line at the Best Buy (the closest thing to an Apple Store for Nexus) on launch day.

I don't think that will happen anytime soon. Apple would face to seriously mess up to fall behind.
This is very cool.

Good timing![]()
That's my point though. With normal (1-2 hours) charging, the hit is about a year or so. What's going to be the hit with this faster charging?
So what are you using, a 1st generation iPhone?![]()
Please what? My post was obviously sarcastic.
Yeah? So what, that doesn't make it non-defensive. In fact, the use of sarcasm to prove a point, is probably seen as more defensive than a calm and collected answer.
Fairy tales. I believe it when I see it.there is battery technology now that can charge a battery in 2 mins to 70% and last 10k cycles.
f/2.0 13MP camera with OIS? Again, it sounds good on paper. Not too many MPs, a large aperture, and OIS; if they nailed the execution then it will slay the iPhone's camera.
Flagship phone at a non-flagship price. How is that overpriced?
ROFLMAO! Now I've heard it all!!!
Nexus 6 is pretty nice... although there is no longer the price point advantage going for it... the tablet is also nice too... really nice, but the new iPads will edge it just a bit IMO in hardware and design and battery life
-20nm A8X with 2GB of RAM and a new 8 megapixel camera that could be close to the 5S camera is amazing...plus new laminated display and rumors that resolution is going up evn higher on the new iPad's...Quad HD display on the Air 2??
Wow!: "a 493 ppi AMOLED Quad HD display"!!! Superman will be very pleased!
What really drives Google is all those Mac Rumors posted on the Internet. It may feel as if they are ahead of Apple, but it's just a mediocre attempt to "innovate" based on whatever intelligence they can gather from others who are really innovating.
HTC copied Apple before Apple made the iPhone 6?

Listen, you played your hand wrong and it was funny, then you tried with some smoke and mirrors by not addressing the actual point. And now you just ignore the point I made, in the hopes that others may have missed it. It's still funny, but you're wrong, and I suspect you may be aware of it. But anyways..
So this Is NexusRumors.com?!If by joke you mean much better than Apple then you are correct.
I'm really looking forward to the Nexus 6, it's going to be awesome! My Nexus 4 is still going strong though so I can wait a little longer until the release. This will be a day 1 purchase for sure.
