I got the update late afternoon yesterday then phone spazzed out an hour later and I was stuck on lockscreen with fingerprint 🫆 frozen haha, took a minute to get to bootloader reboot.

I randomly searched for the update yesterday evening - it appeared and said it was updating, then quickly went back to say i was up to date. Tried numerous times, rebooted etc.

Searched online then and saw that the update had come out yesterday afternoon/evening, so not sure if they pulled it again or what but it's still not showing up for me today.

Quickly checked X and it appears quite a few people were having major issues after the update. Wouldn't be surprised if it has actually been pulled.

I grabbed the image off google's site, may just be a bug, other than widgets disapearing (maybe due to how I installed it, and I tried safe mode a few times), it seems fine so far..

Took around a half hour to do the download and optimization before asking to restart. I was surprised by the size of it, but it's the first time updating since getting it a week or so ago.

Just changed to this setting. Not sure if it really makes a difference. Always used to charge my J3 to 100% on a daily basis, although lately (still with the original battery) it did seem to be losing it's charge quicker.

Is it true that once the battery hits 80% on a charger it is bypassed in favor for the cable/charger instead?

Went to bed around 11pm last night and forgot I left my phone charging on the Ventev 20W that I got with it. Woke up from dreaming around 3:30am this morning and noticed the phone so unplugged it.

The battery was at 80% and had probably been like that for at least an hour or two (I started the charging at 35% and it goes pretty quick). No issues with heat or anything else so if bypassing is happening then it does the job, at least for this time?

I preordered the Pixel 10 Pro because of Daily Hub and Magic Cue. Not regretting my purchase, as it is a great phone, but I still wish these AI things were actually useful.
I feel the same way right now, but I'm optimistic about the future. You can't get to the top unless you start at the bottom.

I wasn't aware of this, so did disable AI Core since (at least for now) it's not something I'm interested in. After a restart the increased quickness of everything is really noticeable.
