IMO the iPhone 7 is leaps and bounds over this dummy concept. Really hoping Apple released some bogus drawings to throw the chinese rumors off. This concept looks almost identical to my 2011 HTC.. Extremely sloppy lines.

I really just can't fathom Apple having an unsightly top bezel like that. :/

Same here. However, given Tim Cook's cluelessness, I wouldn't be surprised if the rumors of that ugly cutout (and the illogical rounded edges of the display, and the illogical lack of Touch ID) are true. After all, this is a man who approved of eliminating the 3.5 mm headphone jack.

I’m not convinced about the white front. I have a feeling all fronts are going to be black now since there’s next to no bezel and just the notch for the camera/sensors. Black would make it blend in when the device is off.

Just like the Apple Watch.

I've always preferred the white iPhones, going back to the 3G. I really hope the white/silver looking model for this new iPhone has a back front.

I hope this isn't how the new phone ends up looking like, because the first thing I think when looking at that thing is this:

I don't necessarily have a favorite feature that I am most looking forward to. I think it's a combination of all the technology and the physical changes to take place. If I had to choose one hardware feature, it's likely going to be the OLED display and the revamped Siri embedded in iOS. It's more less about the experience when I first get hands-on with the iPhone versus reading what rumors are likely to indicate. But what excites me even more over the iPhone, is the actual Keynote itself.
I completely forgot about Siri! There are so many new things being baked into this phone it's going to be quite the experience evaluating them all. I do expect some hiccups but I'm eager to give the new iPhone a try. I'm really interested in our tattletale friend, HomePod. I am looking forward to the Keynote. Last year's was a bit flat and a little strange for me. I think this one is going to be fun.

Off-topic: As much as I look forward to annually upgrading with the iPhone, the HomePod is an entirely new product to Apple and I think it's going to be one of the best selling products this year, similarly to how the AirPods were last year. Albeit the price point is high, I think it's going to deliver some really stellar results with audio quality and future possibilities we don't know about yet. So if I had to look forward to one product this year, it certainly would be the HomePod, followed by the iPhone.

They should all just be given a black front bezel. The front bezel is too thin, and the white really makes the notch look unsightly with the speaker and all those camera lens holes (at least it's symmetrical, though).

Plus, the back camera bump is black. Looks pretty bad to have a silver/black or copper/black back, and then have a silver/white or copper/white front.

I kind of like the white front for some reason but it could be distracting when playing videos full screen so if it stays white I'll get the black model but if the white has a black notch. I'm going with that

At this point all i want to know is how much is it going to cost me and how long my wait is going to be or do I want to wait a month or two for the 1st production runs to get smooth out instead of trying to preorder but then as fast as I expect this thing to sell out, preorders may take a month or two to fullfill...

Work is going to provide me with a phone. I'm going to get the iPhone7s as my work phone and for my personal I'm going with the bezel less one.

Lol, they call this bezel-less? Design of the Galaxy S8 looks much better.

Don’t think they’ve called it anything to be fair, what with it not being announced yet.

Forum dwellers and media pundits on the other hand can, and will, exaggerate all they like.

Personally, I’d call it reduced bezels and I’m fine with that, they’ve reduced them in all the right places for my taste. Assuming these dummy builds with the ass-ugly cameras are an accurate representation of the final build.

I think all of these mockups are accurate, but have one glaring incorrection.

The front panel will be black for all phones. Why? Well the front panel doesn't really matter anymore, since it's all going to be a screen (compared to prior models). Additionally, it will hide all the cameras and sensors that make this new iPhone tick. Furthermore, we should expect the top "row" of the iPhone to usually be black, since it will still primarily be used for the status bar, akin to this:

I agree with this. I believe we will still see a white front but that notch will be black so it will blend with the screen.

Having a white sensor bar up top would be a mistake in that it would emphasize the sensors. No one needs to see those. I think it'll be black.

The dark gradient at the top of the iOS11 background indicates that. The gradient gives the illusion that the sensor bar isn't even there. Same reason why WatchOS has a black Background. The watch has bezels, but you don't notice them.

While the dummy looks close to what actual iPhone may look like but that top notch looks ugly with white front, Atleast it should be black so it blend in with display better.

Like it not it's there to stay. Homepod FW already confirmed it, unless Tim C faked the FW on purpose to leak inaccurate info.

Is it just me or does the camera look more flush with the case than it did on the iPhone 7?

Really really loving the size, smaller yet a bigger screen, so glad Apple didn't go Samsung's route to enlarge the screen with a weird new resolution size to fit the last year model phone size, instead, do the logical thing and make the phone smaller.

This thing has to go, I rather see a a clear line instead of this curves around the camera and speaker.
