Can't see that being a 'fundamental' feature as when people are home will connect to their home network, when at work, there work, and on the go it will popup allowing you to select one you want a coffee shop. Of course there are special use cases where you will want to change your network, but that definitely belongs in Settings and not in control center which is suited for common scenarios. And you can simply say, "Hey Siri, open wifi settings" and get to that setting page immediately as well.
i work in a office where there are multiple wi-fi networks. At times, I would like to be able to switch between those networks for various reasons. Being able to do that from the Control Center would be nice.

Is there any way to force "Do not disturb while driving" to be on? This is a useful way to pause all notifications from popping up. Sometimes I'm showing something on my phone to someone and I don't want personal texts or other notifications to pop-up on the screen. I've been wanting a way to simply mute all notifications easily from control panel. Any way to do this?

I was wondering the same thing? How does one get project fi on their iPhone?
Pretty sure you just put your Fi SIM card into the iPhone and it'll work on supported networks, maybe not all the ones that the Nexus/Pixel phones support, but if you google it, you find people using it with some success on iPhones. I doubt Wifi calling would work and some other features though.

You can simply enable it on or off from my understanding. But it can't be forced. It's just an option for the user to take advantage of when driving. Also, there are even options to allow notifications to come through if there is an emergency.

Here goes nothing.... Is the current version stable? :)

I'm sure you've heard this before, but Beta software should only be installed on non-production and non-critical systems.

And Betas do not linearly become more stable. One version may be "stable" and the next breaks all kinds of things.

I have zero compassion for someone who bricks a mission critical system with a Beta and a then cries out for help.

Having said that, I have put Betas on things I shouldn't have, but at least I knew what I was doing and had a good backup to restore to. But I've also had enough problems that it isn't worth it to me to be able to play with the latest system at the risk of things going wrong.

My kids are all grown, but it seems like there should be a parental settings feature on iOS (and there may be, since I haven't had any need to look for it.) This would be a great place to enforce the use of DNDWD.

What you are asking for is different, as it sounds like you wouldn't be moving while this happens, which is required for DNDWD to kick in.

Still missing a fundamental feature here: be able to quickly swap from one WiFi network to another right out of the Control Center. Anyone else in the need of this?

Nope. My devices know when I am at home or work and switch automatically.

Mostly petty bullsh*t to me except the p2p Apple pay

Petty bullsh*t is a good description of your petty comment.

I use it all the time, I swap at work from secure to unsecure networks if I need to check FB, I use it at home, where I have two networks, one faster than the other. Like daily.

Maybe they want to limit the ability have someone easily switch your device to a rogue network.

We should be able get Control Center to look like this mockup.

That is gross.

Idk what “struggle” means... but if I have multiple Bluetooth devices connected and different SSIDs throughout work and home...it’s annoying to have to dive into settings every single time. There’s already a ton of people on the forums wondering how this is such an oversight.

And a bigger ton saying it would be stupid and a security risk.

Does anyone know the default sort order for reviews in iOS 11 App Store? Is that setting changeable?

I think in iOS 10 it's roughly by date but maybe not?

Umm a lot of people... being able to 3D Touch deeper into Wifi and Bluetooth and actually pick which one you want/need at the moment seems like a huge oversight.
Bluetooth, yes. WiFi, no. Never have I heard of such a idea or reason to change WiFi networks (unless of course if the one You’re using now is just not working right). My devices know when I’m at Home, work, and/or College and automatically connects to the designated access point I told it to.

Why do you have two networks at home? Is the slower one the Guest network? Also, why would you use an unsecure network at work?

honestly i was expecting more from iOS 11 on the iPhone. i do like the update on the iPad though

I definitely agree with those saying it needs to be easier to switch between BT devices. However, I don't think all of the issues there are down to the iOS UI. Bluetooth itself is limited and sucks. Many BT accessories cannot hold pairing information for more than one device anyway, so they can't necessarily be switched back and forth to without a full-blown re-pairing procedure.

We should be able get Control Center to look like this mockup.

That is missing Airdrop, Night Shift, and Homekit. I don't really care about the first two, but Homekit should be as easily accessible as possible.

Swiping down to get back to the lock screen is stupid. I never need to get back to the lock screen and now it's 2 swipes just to check notifications.

And it really acts as lock screen - Video is paused, app stops, etc. That's really bad - Hope it's fixed in subsequent betas

Is there any word on iOS 11 allowing multi user sign in on an iPad? This is a huge requirement in our household before we buy a new iPad!
And usage time control for kids! I can't understand why iOS doesn't support such things from the beginning.

I also want iOS to do better wifi connection management. It still hangs on to the weak signal even though another hotspot with strong signal available until I manually switch it.

Yes - really need control center customization options:
1. Remove some of the controls - even if it's Apple's native controls such as Brightness, music, etc.
2. If it's like tiles (Windows 10 kinds) - let it be placed and adjusted - like in the image
3. And really hoping that it doesn't look like a clutter - perhaps option to create tiles and add toggles to it - like the image
