well I was WRONG ;-) It's up 0.93%It typically does. The old saying "Buy on the rumors, sell on the news". It means nothing if it dropped.

In Sweden the 14 Pro costs 1500 dollars (14995 kr) we do have a 25% tax, but that is a HUGE price increase!! When 13 Pro came it costed 1230 dollars (12290 kr)
So 999 dollars went to 1230 dollars before
now 999 dollars is 1500 dollars!yay!
You don't need to convince me that there are many people that are feeling the pressure of increasing cost of living. I'm one of those people. But those people aren't who Apple markets their phones to. Apple has always marketed themselves as a premium luxury brand. It infuriates me at times because I see the nonsense of charging people exorbitant amounts of money for base models that shouldn't be sold, and high prices for upgrades that should be on a $1000 phone to begin with. The reality is though that Apple prices their phones the way they do because apparently the majority of their user base is financially stable enough to not care about the prices. You said this high price will impact sales. I disagree. Apple always seems to find the courage to raise prices, and to date they appear to continuously hit record sales.
Why didn’t the SE drop in price?
If you look at their turnover the past 15 or so years, you're right. Even during the financial crisis they continued to grow. But I think it's going to be different this time. You don't need to convince me that there are many people that are feeling the pressure of increasing cost of living. I'm one of those people. Energy prices have tripled??!!
A share price changing 0.93% in either direction is meaningless.0.93%!
Why don't you spend the winter in your La Jolla house?“Sorry you are wrong, people earning 50K are facing energy price increase of over 200% just like anyone else.”
Energy prices have tripled??!!
That's what a 200% increase means. Think about it. If a price of 100 has an increase of 200%, it ends up at 300! Or, triple where it started!
Any evidence there's been that big an increase in household energy prices?
Even if it were true, those with wealth and high incomes — think $150,000+ and 500K-1M in assets — can readily absorb it. Unlike the rest of us…😎
Compared to that, Apple's prices for its updated models have “barely” nudged! They certainly haven't tripled.
The Watch SE — with more features now — even had a price drop — at least in the U.S.!
That's due to the strength of the U.S. dollar vs (all the weaker) foreign currencies.Prices are much much higher outside the US.
Which is a meaningless number in either direction.well I was WRONG ;-) It's up 0.93%
iPhone 12 - why?

I’m sorry but IMO they are now overpriced in the U.K. no excuse for it either. They could easily swallow any inflation costs, I think they’ll lose sales now especially cost of living crisis. The US is also suffering from high inflation, it’s a bit of an insult that product prices are going up everywhere expect the US.
£949 for the base iPhone 14 Plus, £849 for the base iPhone 14! That’s just too much. and that’s not mentioning the Pro iPhones.
For people who want an iPhone at a lower price and don't need the latest.iPhone 12 - why?
The 13 mini, which is last generation, and SE both existing seems confusing for consumers.
Depends for Pro. It's looks so dark in some pics but others it's a nice shade. I'd have to look at it in person before ordering this timeanyone else a little disappointed in the purple? Pacific blue and Sierra blue were awesome… obviously this is subjective but I wonder what’s the ratio of people who like the purple vs don’t like it.
Don't your prices include VAT? I think it's 20%. If that's the case, the UK and US prices are actually pretty close. I think UK is like 1-2% higher, which is the result of rounding up to the nearest 49/99.I’m sorry but IMO they are now overpriced in the U.K. no excuse for it either. I tell people looking for a lower cost iPhone to hit up Amazon for a refreshed unit.I think Apple consumers by now are used to seeing SE and one to two year old iPhones available as new.
