Posting the same video from an Apple biased channel over and over spreading fud won't help you get over the bug laden software you all an OS. lol. Honestly, take this advice, and thank me later: Don't get bitter, get better.
Now if THAT isn’t the pot calling the kettle black.
We all know iPhone X is faster than note 9. It’s ok. Here’s a tissue.

The pixel 2xl was a gift from my wife which is why I still have it, and the s8+ Is my work phone not sure why it matters though.
Well, I could be wrong but I get a sense you ordered the Note not intending to keep it. That is a real shame as Samsung will not now be able to sell it as new but refurbished.

As such this will incur a financial cost for the company.

That’s pretty cool, but personally, i would use an iPad Pro for everything you just described.

An iPhone would be to small, even a 6.4 inch model.

Two apps at 3.2 inch each that’s like going back to a blackberry torch display, no thank you.

Gotta disagree with this, and I have bad old eyes. I wish iphones had a split screen mode, maybe the X plus will have it. It's not necessarily something you will keep active all the time, but for sharing information and such it really helps in a lot of situations.

Where exactly do they win out on LTE? Where is this theoretical incremental increase in speed available on a day to day basis. And even if it were, how would the end user even feel a difference browsing the web, sending messages or streaming music. This is non-sense

Going from my iPhone 7 Plus to the V30+ was like night and day. Of course I have the Intel model and the Qualcomm one had bands removed which may have contributed to the speaker issue.

For most it might be nonsense but for $1000? I certainly expected that my friend with the X wouldn't need to borrow my V30+ to make a call in the rural area of Texas we both visit.

In terms of the Note 9 how many networks around the world support Gigabit LTE out of interest?

Over here in the U.K. EE seemingly have the nation’s fastest 4G speeds but AFAIK they don’t have Gigabit LTE (yet).

Faster speeds are great but once you factor in network traffic etc is it really something to shout about?

It is absurd that one could think that a 6.4" screen divided in two gives two screens of 3.2". Four screens of 3.2" would fit in a 6.4" screen given similar aspect ratios.

When a Note 9 screen in portrait is split in two we end up with two screens of approximately 2.8" wide and 2.875" deep. And a screen diagonal of 4".
Each split screen has a surface area and pixel resolution greater than a single iPhone SE screen (1.96"X 3.49").

They seem perfectly usable to me.

Sure! It’s awesome to burn through a month’s worth of data allowance in 20 or 30 seconds :D
One isn't going to "burn through" one's data allowance faster, just have data downloaded quicker for a better user experience. Until enough phones with the capabilities are available we won't get a push to better networks.

Pretty impressive for a year old iPhone. I suppose the Android fans will now say that these tests don’t matter anymore, just like they did with benchmarks.

I think they only matter, whichever side of the fence your on if you're around 13 years old. They have no relevance to a mature adult. :)

As I said that’s cool.
It’s just a feature I wouldn’t use on a 6.4 inch device. That’s what I have the iPad Pro for.

It doesn’t hold a lot of information on either screen to be of much use, for me.

How small does the screen get after the keyboard pops out?

Aren’t you on T-Mobile, that’s due to band 71.
Want the v30 the only phone with band 71 last year?

Are people still claiming that the iPhone X is bezeless? I wonder what that black line running around the screen is, then?

I am sure an iPhone SE user would have difficulty agreeing with you. And why does it matter "how small does the screen get after the keyboard pops out" as one is only looking at the keyboard when typing? :)

This may be pertinent if the the Note 9 screen was dividing into four screens of 3.2" diagonal!

Processing video has no relevance to a mature adult....right.

Keep moving the goal posts.
Wouldn't you prefer to process video on you iPad Pro?

Why should I move any goal posts? I run an iPhone 7, iPad and an S7 so as you can see I have my foot in both camps. Just about any modern phone can process video so I don't understand your point - unless of course you do fall into the 13 year old category.

LOL. Your condescending tone is cute. As is your naïveté. I was going to attempt a counter argument. But that requires a balanced viewpoint from yourself. So let’s leave it there. LOL.
That just tells me you don’t have a counter argument. Cheap Androids are already on the market and have been for years, they’re not a threat to Apple. Hell, they’re not even a threat to Samsung. People who want crap or can’t afford better purchase crap, people who want quality are willing to pay for it.

Wish I could be 13 again.

Why would the note 9 clear out its memory after processing the video, with all that ram doesn’t make any sense.

You think one of the note 9’s split screen is as big as the iPhone se.

Looks smaller than the original iPhone and 3.5 inch is tiny.

Sure It is.

I have no interest in using a 6.4 inch device in split screen, would rather use an iPad.

That’s not a bezel. That’s as tiny of a line you can possibly get without having a screen that’s easily destroyed. You can’t have the OLED panel going right to the metal frame...as soon as you put it down the wrong way you break the OLED internally. For all intents and purposes, the iPhone X is bezelless. Calling that thin black line a bezel is really grasping for straws.

Don’t they call the note 9 bezeless?
