Thats not too bad then. Assuming mine says on or before 25th as it was a day later than yours then its only a couple of working days later than the end of the original window.

It's very strange, even after the mail from Apple, on my order page the state is always "Preparing for shipment" (and not back to 'Processing' as other) and the expected delivery date didn't changed...
Haha, I've been checking the status an unhealthy number of times since I placed the order. If I had a £ for each time it would probably be a free iMac by now

I opened an Apple Card for the financing deal too...mine is still at 17-20th as of now..I wanna cancel the order but ive already burned an inquiry for the damn card..
There was a story run a couple of weeks ago speculating about extended shipping estimates for retina imacs and whether a shortage of retina screens could be the cause.

Mines drifted from 14th - 19th to 26th - 28th

I just called apple and asked why, no one knows really. I felt excuses i was told, nothing concreate. I've asked for a 24hr update or i am gona cancel the dam thing.
I wouldn't mind if someone had an awnser, but i don't like this we don't know BS

In 2012 apple sucked on the new shape iMac and lost an estimated 22% of sales through cancelations. delay after delay.
I can see this ending up with december deliveries for machine orders going back to october. very poor and not an image apple should be proud of.
it would be fair of apple to throw in free apple care for anyone who experiences a long delay.

Mine hasn't slipped yet. Crossing fingers. Still shows a delivery range of Nov 13-18 (Expedited Ship).
Ordered an i7, 1TB fusion, 295 card, and 8GB of RAM on Nov 1st. Estimated shipping date says Nov 19-24 with standard shipping and it still says that it's processing. I called this morning and they said everything seems to look fine and that it should ship today or tomorrow. I'm on the East coast.
Same here! Called today and the told me it should be shipping shortly. I see there is a hold on the fund in my CC if that means anything.
There's a hold on mine as well. Really, really hoping it ships out by tomorrow. I'm usually a patient person, but I'm getting so anxious. I've been checking the order status an unhealthy amount of times throughout the day.
