I just don’t see the benefits of spending the best part of £1100 on a device that isn’t £400 better than the more popular phone in the range.
This is my opinion, but once you get used enough to the screen quality on an X series phone, there’s no going back. Both in OLED and pixel density. I’ve played with numerous 11 demos in the store and I notice upfront suddenly the text, I can see pixels and it’s not as clear. Going from an X/Xs to 11 would be taking a step backwards in that department and it’s not something I would do because I actually do care about the screen. Those chunky bezels, I’m really not a fan of. Finally, I have no clue why they’d get rid of the blue for the 11 when it was clearly one of the most popular Xr colours.
And also Apples leather cases, which are now exclusive to the X-series line. What I will give you though, the telephoto lens which is exclusive to X-series line, I don’t care as much for. I got a really nice headshot of myself taken a few months ago with my former Xs for something I needed, but when will I next need one? Probably not a while from now. Ultra Wide and Night Mode (available on both phones) have many more everyday possibilities and uses.
Correct everything else about the 11 is similar enough with the 11 Pro. 11 Pro still has an hour extra battery over the 11.
