I have the pro max and wondering if I made a mistake. How much of a difference is there between the size and battery.
Between the 11 and 11 pro max - not much.
Between the 11 pro and 11 pro max - a lot of difference.
You can see the size differences in the photo:

The size really doesn’t look that different. How much different is battery life really? I can get two full days out of the pro max.

stick with it.

I just don’t want there to be issue with the screen. I’m one that keeps the phone a long long time.

I would never return my iPhone 11 Pro Max with no case.

I want to appear luxurious and prestigious when I scan my Starbucks app with Reserve status. I make sure to first show the cashier the triple lenses to show off that I’m superior to all the other peasants.

Showing the triple lens to the cashier!? I wouldn't step foot in a Starbucks that wasn't demanding to see the triple lens just to get through the door.

No, because of the third camera and smaller form factor, which I'd both prefer (but is not worth 300€ to me)

But if they were the same 1:1 and one had LCD and one OLED pentile, i'd pick the LCD one any day of the week.
I just don't like pentile screens, it's not OLED that bothers me.
I’m with you !
I’m an iPhone 11 pro owner but I’ll buy an lcd version of it anytime.

however, once receiving the phone I just didn’t get on with the display. It seems muddy and yellowish to me. The fade in and fade out time for bright and low light seemed slow. I was underwhelmed.
In a case like this, you should go to the store and check whether your phone is defective, or whether there are some settings that you changed unknowingly, or whether you just don't like the phone. But anyway, it's done, and I wouldn't have wanted to pay the price difference for the 11 Pro vs the 11.

That’s called being on top of the food chain.

By looking at the below analysis from today, in mixed usage the iPhone11 is having even longer battery life than 11 Pro Max

I just chock up these threads as, "I was going to get the LCD iPhone all along, just wanted to use my return window to test the expensive device", then run to post how they didn't like it or it wasn't worth it.
Now they can tell anyone who listens, "Yea, I had the Pro, it just wasn't worth it."
Shhhhhhhh.
(I thought the same)

I wonder the same thing. Everyone else is being sarcastic and having fun at Macher’s expense but i think this cat might actually believe what he/she is saying lol. How incredibly sad if true.

Well it’s the truth. When you have the latest and greatest you feel like a boss.

Are you very young and feel you need to use something like an iPhone to fool people not thinking you are wealthier or more important than you are? I ask this because people aren’t looking at you with the latest iPhone and thinking you’re a ‘boss’. If it makes you feel better then that’s great, but don’t be under false pretences that you’re appearing superior because you’ve splashed out on a more expensive iPhone than fellow coffee drinkers in the Starbucks queue.

Where is that graph from? The video in the article shows the 11 Pro Max have the best battery and the 11 coming in second.

Results do vary, but 11 Pro Max has consistently been the top performer, even when up against Android phones. In fact, in each of the videos below, the 11 Pro outperforms the 11.

I considered the pro for maybe 5 minutes, ultimately I decided on the 11. Oled doesn’t really matter to me. None of my devices have it so I can’t miss what I don’t have. As for the cameras, it’s still a phone camera so it’s really not impressive enough for serious photography. In terms of performance they are now complete equals. The IP rating didn’t matter to me. How often will I be in a situation that I need that? I wouldn’t take any phone near the water without adequate protection. The 11 pro is an 11 with more bells and whistles. You guys can justify its premium price until your blue in the face. At the end of the day it’s not a better phone, it’s just a fancier phone.
