I am across the country all the way in New Mexico and I'm getting involved in this as much as possible without breaking the law.

Would you mind some copyright holders harassing you and your family on the suspicion that you did it illegally?

Let the proper authorities handle this, not a mob of quasi-telemarketers.

I don't think in that video he legally harmed that cat at all.
By downloading music and videos I'm not hiring anything living.
And I said let's make a club of people who want to go beat the sh*t out of him, not let's make of club of people that want to beat the sh*t out of him then go do it.

It's the harassment issue I'm addressing.

Who knows if the person you and 'anon' are harassing is actually the culprit?

Suspicion??? There is a f**king video....wow, some people amaze me in who they choose to defend. I guess it's people like you that can be defense lawyers.

I can kinda see where you are going but animal abuse is very different then illegally downloading music. But yes, the proper authorities should handle this, and if it turns out that this kid gets off with little more than a slap on the wrist(which is doubtful) then let then society rain down...

Seriously, a lot of people have been researching it and coming to the same individual You can argue that "it could not be him!" but even in the local news broadcast, the Sheriff states that his investigation points to this individual being the suspect.

Seriously, I feel very sorry for that poor innocent cat. I may not be a fan of cats, but I think no animal deserves to be hurt, especially when it did nothing in the first place. :(

What substance was he spraying in to the poor cats eyes?

Well, not sure if anyone actually watched the entire video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HCaFiEE9lqE but it did say in the report that the boys were identified and have been released into their parents custody until the case gets handed to the prosecutors office on tuesday.

And if no one did watch the video, the cat is fine and at a vets office....

Hmm... Since I'm on my iPod right now I will later make a Facebook group that I can get a bunch of people to join.

And it looks like he was spraying some type of cleaning chemical, hopefully it was just water.

First, report this to an animal cruelty agency. Don't go through the normal police, they are unlikely to care or have jurisdiction. Contact a humane society if you don't know your local animal cruelty case handlers.

Actually you can go through the police. In 45 states it is a felony to abuse an animal and they are obligated by law to investigate any and all felonies... Just a clarification.. :)

I watched the whole thing.
You don't know how pissed off I got when I heard them say the boys were released to their parents.

Oh I know. I was feeling the same. I thought that they should have stayed in jail....

*** EDIT*** I would hold off on the whole Facebook thing, just did a quick search of the kids name and there are at least 6 groups active so far... More to come I'm sure...

Geeze. Well we will find one to agree on and all join it.

We may hate the guy but he doesn't deserve to be killed and his wrong actions don't make him gay.

Grrr... I need my sister to get off the computer so I can make the group.

F**king do*chebag.......I didnt dare watch the first 3 seconds, was just scared of what the messed up child would do to the innocent animal. Going to make a group hating him on facebook! will post later
