ok after carefully considering all of your experiences with ifixdirect and contacting them a couple of times (and my emails/calls remained unanswered)... i bit the bullet and decided to go with cellular-medic.com instead.. hoping for a smoother ride.

personally id be pretty pissed off if they forgot to put the screws back in. where did you get your conversion done at?

glad you got your phone back, the screws thing is definitely a no no. for you guys that are not on the other forum, he did post a reply. for what it's worth here it is.

Exactly what I was gonna say..sometimes they place a small piece of plastic over the inside of the camera hole

Ok, that's what I was thinking, because they're not so much washed out, but it's more that the bright areas are super blurry. Plastic on the inside would make sense.

Its what happened with me, everything turned out really white after taking pictures. it appeared fine on the screen before taking it, but afterwards it was all white. Took off that and it all worked fine.
 
That's what it was. So simple, yet so frustrating.

Maybe that's why they leave the screws out, so you can take that plastic off! :p
