Snap. And apples delivery page states today for delivery. Only 40 minutes remain for today... Fairly sure they don't deliver this late.

    Now I'm confused!

So we left HK and made it to Germany this morning. As that happened delivery due tomorrow again and not 3rd (makes sense).

Having just checked now it's left Germany (hopefully for UK now) but says delivery today....

    Who knows eh!

Same here. UPS usually comes around this hour, but I don't believe it's going to be for this week :( 2 days since last update

Mine seemed to take the next plane but to Korea when I got that message. It's still on its world tour from Germany to somewhere, but it's been in the air for over 3hrs so possibly on its way to US before UK

Hi there. I am in exactly the same situation. My iMac was sent out on the 22 November to the airport. There it has stayed and hasn't moved since:

25/11/2014 18:50 We were unable to load the package on the plane as scheduled. / Your package was released by the clearing agency.
Shanghai, China 25/11/2014 16:20 We were unable to load the package on the plane as scheduled.
Shanghai, China 24/11/2014 15:50 Export Scan
    24/11/2014 15:41 Export Scan
Shanghai, China 22/11/2014 22:50 Arrival Scan
    22/11/2014 22:35 Departure Scan
    22/11/2014 20:49 Origin Scan
China 22/11/2014 8:15 Order Processed: Ready for UPS

UPS state on their tracking page, that it's due for delivery today! (like that's ever going to happen)

I have phoned UPS, and basically they don't know where it is!! They are just waiting for the box to be re-scanned again. If it's not been scanned by tomorrow, they are going to investigate (whatever that involves).

It's all a bit frustrating. I hope that it turns up next week sometime...

So, it looks like there's a bunch of us in this 'lost' consignment, with last update being the fateful 25th November 18:50 'We were unable to load the package on the plane as scheduled. / Your package was released by the clearing agency.'

    At a glance, there's:

    1. Kier-XF (UK)
    2. dfensom (UK)
    3. zertox (Belgium)
    4. john.burn (UK)
    5. henriquede81 (Germany)

    8. CasablancaDR (France)
    9. Tokki (Germany)
    10. Paranoid (Sweden)

Have I missed anyone? Do any of you have any further updates, or even a delivery?

I also phoned Apple and the lady that answered the phone said she has spoken to at least two other people with missing deliveries from this 'time frame'.

They are going to ask UPS to investigate. I should get to hear something back from Apple by next Monday. As soon as I do, I'll let people know what they say.

The good news from your comment Hauke is that the Mac traveled fast to Shanghai from Germany. At least that's a good point.

Yours missed its flight but the update moved quick to show you the progress of your Mac day to day.

Our update is still stuck since the 25 as if the Macs had just vanish into thin air. Confusing, to say the least.

I'll give update as soon as I get one.

By the way Hauke : enjoy your delivery ! :)

    Oh dear.

Still, at least they're not still claiming that it's going to be magically transported from Shanghai to the UK before the close of business today.

Bleh, I ordered two days ahead of you (2nd), i7, 8GB, 512 SSD, M295X, VESA-mount, but mine's still in transit in Hong Kong. ETA is 3rd of december :(
Delivery to NL as well. Maybe its the VESA-mount model that gets a lower priority? Oh well, at least it's on its way...

The CS rep I spoke to at apple seemed to *think* the machines were at customs in Germany, said he had access to UPS tracking info that we can't see.

I guess we'll find out if we don't have them by Monday.

Delivery information updated here as well: Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later.

Ouch! I feel for you. Let's hope they didn't mess up my order. My eyes hurt from looking at the butt-ugly cheap 24" Samsung display I have hooked up to my MBP for weeks now.

Mine seems to have been stuck in Shanghai for over 24 hours and the delivery date has slipped back to Wednesday (although the Apple page still says Tuesday)
