Another Aussie here, ordered mine on Sep 30th, delivery on 16th Oct (standard delivery).
No rush for me, hope Mavericks might be released by then.
I ordered mine on the 30th as well but it says i'll be getting it on the 11th at the latest. 7th being the earliest... yet it's still in the "processing stage" lol. Me so confused at Apple.
25/9 but I had some problems with the payment. Order was payed on September 27th.

Mine arrived in Tamworth, near Birmingham (150km from my house) at 16:00, scheduled delivery is Monday 'before the end of the day' so does this mean it could possibly be delivered today? It's only 1.5 hours' drive from my house after all. UPS says that delivery times are between 8am and 7pm or 'sometimes later.'

As of yesterday, was still "processing", called Apple was told it should ship tomorrow (today) and be delivered Sat the 5th. Got an email last night saying it had been delayed and current delivery target is Oct 9-11.
Called Apple to find out why, the reason given was "because you ordered right when we came out with new iMacs and we wanted to give you the new one not the old one" how lame. I told them I waited to order until the new ones came out and that doesn't explain the delay at all. They did not have a response to that. Was hopeful to have it for the weekend to setup.

It is... NICE!! Not a bit of noise and the screen is sharp! Running some tests but everything is exactly as I thought it would be or even better. Sigh... Its like welcoming in a new family member!

I just picked mine up from FedEx. Ordered the day of the update, BTO. Apple said delivery was to be Oct. 8-11, but I got it 4 days sooner! Setting up this evening.

Well, there is always something that is bound to go wrong... iMac is beautiful and holy in all ways but the crucial RAM upgrade went south on me. Installed 2x8GB cards and I get the "BEEP BEEP BEEP" so I change the configurations for over an hour. The apple cards work fine but seems I got some defective cards from Amazon.
After a few clicks, I got free next day shipping so it should arrive tomorrow. Other than that, everything is perfect!

Hot diggity daffodil, it's here! Arrived at 8:30am CDT here in Titletown, USA. Now if only I hadn't promised my son that I'd let him help inbox and set up... He works until 6:45pm tonight then I have to take him bowling. So my new BTO iMac is sitting all boxed up until probably 8:30pm tonight.

Does anyone know if UPS delivers on Saturdays (Standard Shipping)? Estimated delivery is Monday but I'm hoping and praying it comes tomorrow so I can set it up and transfer all my files before I go back to school!
