That's the thing, he did offer a refund the very same day. Irescueunlocks said " Server literally crashed in 20 minutes for the 3rd time today. I can either send the $900 back or I can keep the orders so as soon as it comes back online it'll still be done in express unlock. Let me know, att is falling apart. When it's online we have to catch it quick. Let me know" She agreed with him to try again. Thats when things changed. Wednesday comes around and he asks "Do you have sims ready to go" She asked why and he said to activate phones. Wed night came by and so far nothing. She messaged him asking the status and if they haven't been unlocked, to just cancel the order. He came back and said "submitted all" "can't cancel my guy will charge me" Later on the day he says " my guy said some problems with the IMEIs figuring it out now. His reasoning was that it could either be barred IMEI or att won't allow. That tighter security they're actually checking the amount of time the phone was on att now, like always i will keep you updated. So she waited, thurs night comes around and that's when he said att is flagging all your IMEIs for some reason, ran them 8 times, blah blah. And that his boss won't allow him to issue a full refund because of their policy.
She is not scheming with some other unlock sites to trash this guy. She is truly a victim. None of her phones are stolen, she got the ones she bought off ebay checked out. Those are clean, the other phones are from her att account which are also clean.
You had a great experience with that guy, but sadly she got scammed. She lost $900 for what?! The only reason hackiphone is mentioned is because she tried his services and if he couldn't get them unlocked, he immediately refunded her back. We have all the proof that shows these phones were not stolen, there was no service provided. Paypal is a lost cause, next step would be police. Somebody has to take down these guys that take advantage of innocent victims.
