Ditto. Verizon phone ordered through Apple App for In-store pickup on the 3rd. Just charged my card.In the US, in store pick up on the 3rd and my card was just charged.
My girlfriend and I ordered within minutes of opening pre-orders both getting 11/3 in store pickup. She did AT&T IUP, whereas I did T-Mobile full price. Her CC just got charged the tax on her order. Nothing on mine yet. Both in Southern California.
Mine just got charged as well. Paid in full, full charge applied, including AppleCare+.
As I understand it, we won't see any updates until our phones are ready to be picked up at the store.Got charged as well. Anyone order status updated or any tracking info?
Same thing just happened to me. I really hate all this fraud stuffI got notified too, except mine was that my CC provider declined it (as possibly fraudulent), so I have to call and get it cleared up. Apple says they will keep trying for 1 week and then cancel the order. Now to call...
Update: All cleared up and charge has hit my card for Friday pickup!
same here.Card was charged.
US, in-store pickup 11/3 at 8 AM. AT&T 256 SG, IUP upgrading from 7+
I have Verizon. I'm not the account owner, but I am an account manager. I have all the same accesses that the owner has. Will I be good to pick up my phone without the account owner being with me?I'd like to shed some light on this, as a former Apple Store Specialist (left this past September). For Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T, yes, you would need to have the pickup person authorized on the account as well. For T-Mobile, however, it is not required if you're paying in full. T-Mobile activations require a special activation iPad in addition to the employees' normal devices they carry, and a phone paid in full will not need activation.
