I'll do a +1 for the incipio ovrmld. Just received the grey/orange ovrmld today. Really didn't have an issue putting it in the case like others have, but that may be because I was aware it might be tight.

Actually, I like the fit and feel, buttons are easy to press, like the finish, seems more than adequate protection. Like it better than wife's candyshell due to tighter fit, better finish. Like it better than my old 4s otterbox commuter due to better fit, less bulk.

Any tips for putting this on? I have had Candyshells, etc, but this one has me stumped. PS. I have the same color combo!

WOW

I picked up an Incipio Frequency for 19.99 at Walmart and this thing is super nice. You really need to have it in hand to see how smooth and slim it really is, the pictures don't do it justice. I thought it was somewhat bulky and even heavy but thats not the case at all. The best thing of all and deal breaker for me was I still got my BSE installed underneath and didn't have to remove it. I'll show some pictures in a bit when I get home.

did u get this case yet? it looks cool, can u do a review when u get it?

Just got the kicksnap today. Not happy with it at all. Was scratched and a small crack along the bottom near the lightning port. It's going back. Seems quite brittle, and I can see more cracks developing removing the case.

Another thumbs up for the Frequency :) it's the perfect case for me. I was considering a Candyshell for a while, but since everyone and their mothers has one around here, it was easy to see that it was too bulky for my tastes.

I picked up mine from Walmart :) 20 bucks, in case anyone was wondering :p

Ditto just got back from Walmart and I love it :)

No problem! Note, I don't use screen protectors, so that may add an additional hassle, but I don't think you put on screen protector until after you put on case.

Gave the screen protector to wife and sat back laughing as she put it on. She ended up getting a dog hair on it and threw it out.

I just ordered the same case, same color, today for an iPhone 5 that I don't even have yet. Does the OVRMLD have some grip to the case finish? I've had a Candyshell Satin on my iPhone 4, and I've liked the feel and the grip. I'm hoping the OVRMLD is a soft-touch case similar to the Candyshell Satin.

Is the Frequency rubbery / hard to slide in and out of pockets?

The Frequency is harder than rubber but has a soft, satin-like texture.

It slides in and out of the pocket very easy. Doesn't catch on fabric at all. I wish it was a little bit more grippy to prevent it from sliding out as easily.

The Frequency looks better in person. Very sleek.

I wouldn't mind it being a little bit thicker to make it more substantial when gripping. Considering the Incipio Ovrmld. Has anyone seen both in person that can comment on the Ovrmld's size and protection vs the Frequency?

The Frequency looks amazing in person smooth to touch

Awesome, this seems like the case for me. I wanted sleek protection that could fit into pockets easily. I just ordered the Frequency in translucent mercury gray on Amazon. I don't even have my iPhone yet, but I want the case to be here and ready for it when I get it next month! :)

The DualPro is great. Got the white/black combo, fits great in the hand, doesn't feel cheap and is very smooth. I expected the back of the case (plastic part) to feel flimsy and cheap, but that's not the case!

I got my DualPro in the mail a couple days ago, I really enjoy it so far, mt only complaint is the button soft rubber part feels too loose, otherwise it's great!

Still waiting for the EdgePro slider release.

me too! Too bad the EdgePro is shiny instead of the nice matte of the OVRMLD, but still plan on ordering as soon as available (which Incipio told me was "2-5 weeks."

Incipio Feather -- second thoughts

I just got the Feather a few days ago for my new iPhone 5. It's basically everything they say it is: it's extremely light and thin, and while it's made of plastic, it has a very slight rubbery (but still smooth and slick) texture to it. It will certainly prevent the back of the phone from being scratched, and it's probably a little less likely to slip out of my hand. However, if it DID slip out of my hand, I don't think the Feather case provides any shock protection at all. If the phone hits the floor, I think it will be the same as if I dropped the phone without the Feather case.

SO, I'm now thinking of more protection. BUT, I really don't want the Otterbox super armor type case that ends up tripling the weight and thickness of the phone in my pocket. Also, I'm really kind of drawn to the Stashback and Stowaway cases, in that they can hide my license and a few (how many?) other cards. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Anyone else with the Feather who is concerned about lack of shock protection? Ugh...decisions, decisions.

I'd really PREFER to just carry my beautiful phone nude, but is it really wise to carry a $400 cell phone like that?:confused:

could you put the glas.t screen protector on it?

Black Frequency on White iPhone

Anyone use the black frequency case on a white iPhone? I'm just wondering if the white parts on the antenna band are subject to getting stained or dirty by the inside of the case. I thought I read someone had this experience with a white iPhone and their Rocketfish case.

I have a white iPhone 5 and a Incipio Frequency and the white line that separates the aluminum on the lower left side of the phone has gotten slightly darker since my phone has been in this case. Can't say it is the case for sure though.

I try to take my phone out of the case once a week to clean out any dust / debris that gets in.

Does the dirt stain or is it easily cleaned back to normal?
