more bulky. i couldn't use it because of this reason.

I tend to agree with you but what's amazing is that if you compare the two cases side by side when they're not on the phone, the sizes are virtually identical. The NGP seems like it increases in size when you put it on the phone though and definitely feels bigger in your hand than the PS HD when it's on the phone. I'm wondering if it's all in our heads.

if you put them side by side, yes they are quite close in size, but i think the ngp is a bit more boxy. and it is slightly thicker as well.

Just got out of Walmart and they had the NGP discounted at 12.99.

Had to pick it up at that price.

Have to say, I would have saved a nice chunk of pennies on cases if I would have bought this before.

Best non-bumper case I've tried.

My recently bought Hula case is now going in the drawer...

I picked up the Incipio NGP (black) the day I got my phone until I could get a Speck Candyshell (I loved my Candyshell for the 3G) and it ended up being the best 19 bucks I spent for a case.

The NGP is cheap, durable, strong, doesn't stretch or wear and has FLAT SIDES so I can stand up the phone at my desk. I didn't appreciate this little feature until I realized the Candyshell doesn't do it.

The NGP is also quite thin, letting the phone keep it's thin feel. The Candyshell turned the phone into a fatboy.

If there's one flaw of the NGP, especially mine, it's that it's boring. Mine is black matte and has no real personality. I love the aesthetic of the iPhone 4 and the NGP kinda makes it dull, flat and boring.

Pretty small price to pay for a case that works as well as it does, especially at that price point.

I just bought one myself, I have 3 cases or so, this is the best, it does not lift my screen protector.

The Pixelskin HD lifts it and the buttons are hard as hell to press (I got one of the first revisions).

The belkin vue turned yellow.

A generic one from China was no use (silicon/loose).

The Incipio NGP rocks.

I brought this case in black (i'm from israel and we only have it here in black) and it rocks!

i really want the smoke version, anyone knows who sells it and ships it worldwide (the incipio website does not ships to israel).

If anyone knows a website who ships the smoke version worldwide or anyone want to sent it to me to israel, i'll be more then happy :)

Happy holidays everyone!

I love this case, but its affecting my ifrogz anti-glare shield. Does anyone know which brand of shield works well with this case?

I know for a fact that my SGP Oleophobic worked fine with it and my PS Anti-Glare works as well. No bubbling whatsoever with either one as long as you put them on straight or close to it. Most important thing is to make sure that no part of the screen shield hangs off the edge of the screen. As long as every bit of the screen shield is on the glass, you should be fine.

I agree the NGP is too bulky, mainly in its thickness. Compared to the Apple Bumper, its a good 2 or 3 mm thicker. Feels thick like my old 3G or a Blackberry. Width and length seems the same as the Bumper...but maybe a tat larger in both dimensions.

Reading all these great reviews, I purchased the last one that Walmart had today. I wanted something to add to my collection of black bumper and Sena Ultra thin pouch (for when I go naked). Within 2 minutes, I was sorry I spent $20 on this thing.

Obviously many here like it. But to balance out the comments, I'd give it an 'okay' and probably it is more for the user who drops phones a lot. However, the official Apple Bumper is the nicest...and if you add screens to the back and front, it is well protected.

Some points on the NGP:

1. Goes on easily...but a pain to take off. Not for me since I change cases sometimes.

2. The non stick surface is a little slippery...I like the rubber of the bumper better.

3. It does not seem to affect flash photos...that's good. They made the lens/flash opening larger enough...but it takes away from the look.

4. The smoke finish, while nice, takes away from the slick back of the phone. It fogs out the crisp apple logo and jet black finish

5. Feels thick in the hand, and just doesn't give a 'pro' look. My wife has a $9 case from the mall kiosk that looks the same, but fits better in the hand and looks better too. I like the boxy look of both.

So my NGP goes in the drawer...and I'm back to the black Apple bumper and brown Sena. The Apple bumper is well engineered and performs well, not only for 'antennagate'.

what happens with the camera flash when taking flash photos.

does it have the issue that most have with diffusing the flash and creating a tint in the pictures?

My fiance's best friend saw mine and fell in love with it and I ended up giving it away since I have the Speck SeeThru.

Just adding another pic. I like the case, personally. I guess it all depends on what you want/need out of a case.

Incipio tells me they will be releasing a Verizon-compatible case by the end of this week. Hurray!
