And so the point is - Apple users are not necessarily up-to-date with what Windows computers are offering?
This is supposed to be surprising?

Wow, Intel is really worried about their future. ARM seems to be the future of chips and Intel might become a company of the past. It also makes me wonder what Apple has up its sleeve for the next iteration of Apple Silicon. What does Intel know that we don’t? Is Apple about to leapfrog Intel? I guess we’ll see.
I do not get why so many people seem to think a lack of a touch screen is a deal breaker for a laptop or desktop PC. I don't like using a touch screen to interact with my iPad TBH, mostly because after a little while the screen is covered in fingerprints. Are they kidding, 'what are you missing?' 'touchscreen' 'touchscreen' 'touchscreen'. Not a second that I thought about that.
Guess I'm oldschool.
Comeback? Intel never left, they’re still the market leader.
Good point... it's probably targeted more towards existing PC/Intel users to make them feel a little cooler... "Look how silly and sheep-like the Apple crowd is", all while totally missing the mark and failing to be cool.Honestly, I worked for a while in film when I was younger. Many of these "social experiments" are done in a manner to tell a predetermined narrative. For example, they probably filmed several if not hundreds of people, and only show the ones that fit the narrative. This percentage of people could be anything: 80%, 50%, 1% or even less but by presenting it in this way they are attempting to give the impression that "everyone" is this way. The fact that they don't release the number of people tested, and tout that, suggests to me that it's a lower percentage.
The real problem I see is its insulting to the people they are trying to recruit. They really are basically telling them they are mindless drones who are too stupid to realize what is going on. Doesn't really make me want to switch to that company if you ask me.
Why does everyone around here get so butt hurt when companies run anti-Apple ads? Everyone loved the Apple vs PC ads Apple ran back in the day.
For sure and it would have been a terrible commercial to show every single person asking for a Mac. It's advertising so it will say what they want it to say. I do wonder, as someone pointed out, why do they care? Apple is not anywhere near the market share. Shouldn't they be concerned about AMD not Apple? m I'm failing to see what their problem is, other than they are crying like upset teens.Honestly, I worked for a while in film when I was younger. "Chevy" is just the shorthand word for the Chevrolet company that was perceived as among the best automobile makers many years ago. Today (and for quite some time) it has been overtaken by Japanese and European makers. The comparison to Intel is similar in the eyes of the original poster, likely supported by many of the posters in this thread.hello there, i’m european,
i would like to know the reference you are making about chevy.
thanks.
ps. the intel ad its just embarrassing.
bye
