All I know is that Apple knows how to innovate. The Retina Macbook Pro is pure innovation.

iPhone 5 has some awesome potential and I believe they will release something great. Apple has an extra few months to muster greatness. I was disappointed that the 4S premiered 3 months late last year, but I believe the 5 will be spectacular.

Yeah thats cool and all but that Macbook is $2200. Ridiculous.

I love the iPad 3's screen. Looks great but for $249 i can get a 16GB Nexus 7 instead of $499 for the iPad 3.

I do wonder how much the new 7.5"(7.8"?) iPad will be though.

Inferior how? The hardware destroys the iPads and it's less than half the price. That's an amazing deal. I say this as an iPad fan too, typing this on mine.

Specs vs overall build quality are 2 different things. And the Nexus 7 hardly DESTROYS the iPad 3. But if you like plastic, flimsy Asus stuff, it's your right.

Ummm, a quadcore Tegra 3 CPU and a 12 core GPU indeed absolutely destroys the iPads hardware. It's not even close. The one advantage the iPad 3 has is the awesome resolution. That's about it.

Yet the iPad 3 still looks better and performs better. Whatever floats your boat.

Again we all know you don't like Apple. We get it. For someone who dislikes Apple so much, and loves Android so much, you spend an awful lot of time on a Mac centric bored. Kind of odd really.

How do you know the iPad performs better? The Nexus 7 hasn't even been released yet  I don't hate Apple at all. I am just not a blind fanboy who think everything they make is amazing and the best product ever.

Yet every post you make is an attack at the poster, or snarky comments. All stating your disdain for Apple/iPhone. Just because someone likes the iPhone, or is happy with it, doesn't make them a blind fanboy. in fact, your posts Scream Android fanboy. Regardless of platform, both are obnoxious.

Cheaper price, inferior product. If that works for you, great.

The iPad isnt $250 better.

lol, He just told you he was typing his reponses on his iPad.

For you. That's a generalization. Gains in efficiencies, and productivity could easily justify the extra $250 for sone. This is definitely the case in the enterprise. In fact there are no Android tablets certified by the FAA for use in aircraft. That could change soon, but at the moment it's only the iPad.

Lol, I'm sure he's truthful...lol.

I think you meant certified by the FAA for use in the cockpit, not aircraft. :D

If that were the case, airlines wouldn't have purchased Android tablets for use in 1st class long haul flights.

Yes, I meant cockpit. To replace paper flight bags.

Well gee, i have a Macbook and have typed some responses on that and have it in my sig. Does that mean im lying too? There are many here that have other Apple products but have just grown tired of the iPhone and the same ol look of the phone and the iOS.

As for the iPad, again, love the screen of the IP3 but for half the price, ill take the Nexus 7 and JB over it. Other than the screen, the iPad 3 is just an iPad 2.

Okay, you've grown tired of it. Move on. Enjoy your new phone. Why the need to come on an iPhone forum to yap about the same argument over/over?

Much time on your hands? Talk about..I won't say. I'll get a timeout. Bad handwriting.

Certain Apple fans here seem to have an incredibly hard time accepting the fact that aspects of other devices are better than Apple products. If specs beat an Apple product, well then specs don't matter. But when Apple's specs beat another product, all hail the great innovator.

It's really interesting to watch the mental gymnastics these fans perform to accomplish this. I mean it, it's genuinely fascinating. :)

Amongst my friends, I'm a huge Apple fan. Former 4S owner, and an iPad 3rd gen and Macbook Air/iMac owner. Yet, I can comfortably say there are other products (at the very least, other aspects of competitor's products) that are better than Apple's. It's really not that difficult to admit, guys. And as Apple fans, you're going to have to get used to it, too.

I know jb is coming, I just hope project butter works on the S3. That's what I'm saying. Seems like a GUI overlay won't necessarily have the benefits.

No it will. Old launchers that haven't been updated for Jellybean are definitely smoother in Jellybean than in ICS. The improvements will apply to the custom interface as well.

If by "Destroys", you mean "is Significantly slower than".

It's also slower than the 3rd generation iPad in the Linpack CPU benchmark, shoot its even slower than the iPhone 4S here.

The numbers do not support your argument. If your only evidence is the number of cores, you can't make accurate conclusions.

Banter? Personal perception. I have a different perception, but stating it would get me banned.

Dont care about your perception. I have Apple products and been here longer than you. If you dont like what i post dont read it. And im not saying the same things over and over. You have me confused with someone else.
